At first, they were quick and easy to work with. But after I purchased my truck that was a different story. I had some issues with my truck and yes I understand sometimes you never know what’s going to happen but I figured I would call the dealership since it was less than 30 days. Man did they give me the run around with helping resolve the issue at first and the miscommunication was unsatisfactory. Between the registration, license plate and the issues with my truck I was highly dissatisfied. Finally I did end up talking to the manager after a week and a half of going back and forth and got some things resolved. This all could have been mitigated if things were communicated promptly and properly when I had these issues arise. The manager did help in some ways but not entirely to my likings. I spoke to 3 different people and got a different answer each time. To me that is highly unprofessional which left me unsatisfied.

I have no experience they have never contacted me, very disappointed Would have been a cash sale

This place almost having 5 stars is a joke. If I could give 0 stars I would. They can’t even use a bank in Virginia to give them loans for vehicles they have to use banks in California. That says all it needs to say 😂 the only way to not get fvvcked is to pay straight cash. On top of all that he was paying almost $600 a month for a car he needed to do work on. The exhaust sounded like you were banging a pot going down the road and he needed new breaks. The post way below mine from 4 months ago from a girl that says they don’t check their cars; is not lying. Everything they comment back on a negative post is xx and they don’t care about really helping people. All the people that got a good car from this place, lucked out and chose wisely. We returned the car after 3 days. We were accused of also having another vehicle of theirs and it needed to come back. We only bought one vehicle. They better be happy they don’t have Facebook bc I would tag and blast everyday until they were shut down or have little to no business. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional dealership and I’ve bought 3 cars from 3 different dealerships.

I went in today because I was working with Dave he approved me for a truck and I drove an hr to find out that he sold it to someone else . I was going to surprise my kids and was left waiting after an appointment was set up. Dave sold the truck never called me and the finance manager said it happens. Don’t trust them they tried to sell me on another vehicle with more down payment and monthly payments. Don’t shop here don’t shop here

Drove from Pittsburgh to see a truck that looked in great shape. Got down there, looked great, took for short test drive, traded in my truck and purchased the new truck. Truck was listed for $28.3k, wham bam with a $2200 down payment via equity of my trade-in, loan totals somehow $32.8k. Good talkers I guess. After about an hour on my way back the brakes started making noise. Was worried but it went away. Get home and my son finds(at his eye level), the bottom of the passenger door almost completely rusted through. Two weeks later, I get drafted my traded in truck payment($420) because they hadn't sent in my payoff yet. One week later I use the trucks parking brake as I park on the hill, and it never releases. Take it to my mechanic, and the parking brake was completely grinding inside the rotor. Lost 2 days of work + $637 mechanic bill. So less than a month later I'm out over $ik, no title, no registration, a rusty door and I don't even know if it will pass PA inspection as I've yet to be able to get it registered because of uncompleted paperwork on Maxkars Motors behalf.

Overall great experience, i purchased a 2015 Toyota Sienna, car is in good shape, well taken care of, my credit is not the best but they worked with me, the only con i would say is having to wait for my tag which they said was an issue with UPS and they overnight it
