Zach and his team went above and beyond when my parents purchased their car several years ago. They seldom drive these days so when Dad was not able to start the car recently even after trying to charge the battery, we reached out to Zach. Based on our conversation he took the initiative to order a new battery in case it was needed. We scheduled a time for him to come to the house and take a closer look. It turned out, they needed a battery. Zach installed the new one on the spot. In less than 30 minutes it was all resolved. We can't say enough about the integrity and character that has been demonstrated over and over again by Zach and College Cars Chicago. The SERVICE has been OUTSTANDING three years and running.

I purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima. Zack and Moe are by far the Best I Ever dealt with!! Zack was professional held the car for a week on a handshake like the old days When a man's word in his handshake was good enough! I will be buying my cars from here from now on and would strongly recommend this dealership! The tire sensors went out on the car 2 weeks after I bought it Zack only had to replace 1 the 1 that was broken. Instead Zach replaced all 4 at no charge this is a good man and this dealership is the best I've ever seen I'll be back Zack!!!!

I just got my first car from College Cars a month ago, and couldn’t be more pleased with my first car buying experience. Zach made the car buying process very easy and smooth. Since it was my first time purchasing a vehicle I was looking for a used car, with low mileage, in good condition, and yet something that would fit my budget as a college student, that had only worked a few years previously. This was the perfect place to find a car that fit all those parameters, it truly checked all the boxes for me, as a twenty year old college student. We purchased a 2002 Toyota Avalon from College Cars Chicago on 6/10/2020 after our other 2002 Toyota Avalon was totaled. Exact year, make, and model both cars were well maintained and taken care of. We were planning on driving the car we had for many more years until the accident. I got on the internet the very next day and more or less stumbled on finding one we purchased from Zack that was in excellent condition. Unfortunately, things can go wrong with any car even if they are well maintained. We experienced the airbag light would not go out and it was determined that the SRS computer had to be replaced. This was not like replacing a lightbulb. Zack stood behind College Cars 30 day 1000 mile warranty and worked with myself and the dealer making the repair as painless as possible. Very professional and customer-oriented. Would definitely return if and when we needed or wanted another vehicle. Also will highly recommend to anyone. We live in Indiana but it was well worth the approximate two-hour drive. Thanks again Zack!

I recently purchased a used vehicle at College Cars and it was the best experience I ever had buying a car. Zack and Matt couldn’t be any more nicer. As to Mike from Ventura......Mike , Money talks and BS walks.......you had plenty of time to buy the t-Bird.........I saw it , talked to Zack ( who I was very impressed by ) he told me he was waiting for you but had not heard from you in two days. " I said " hey, Ill send you my AX deposit immediately for 1000.00 and wire transfer the balance the next day. that is exactly what happened. Zack shipped the car with in two days and it traveled 2150 mile in 3 days ( wow).......the car is even better than I thought............color me very , very happy..........could have been you Mike but you were too slow on the draw..........better luck next time.....
