I went to 10 dealerships and they were all xxxxxxxx scam artists with adding fees on top of fees!! I went to Car Factory Outlet and they sucked! I went to Toyota Hollywood and they didn't want to help!! I went to Hollywood Kia and the manager had attitude when I didn't want to agree with his terms. I went to Doral Miami H.Greg and they xxxxing sucked too!! They had all these fees!!! At Florida Fine Cars, the prices were amazingly low. Love the prices!! Karim helped me and he was awesome!! Went in wanting to refinance my car I ran into Brandon the sales person. He was good got me everything I wanted and I left with a new car. Only 11 thousand miles. Super happy at my with my purchase.

In the last 2 years, we have purchased 2 cars from this company. Both experiences were horrible. They lie and say anything to make a sale but don't follow through. In February, we purchased a 2015 S Class Mercedes. It was the worst experience and was unbelievably horrible! Our sales rep was Daniel Pena. He and Florida Fine Cars sold us a defective car. How is it possible to allow a defective Mercedes to drive off your lot? Since then, we have been going back and forth for 5 months with their loyalty manager, Ana Mercado, their finance manager, Frank and their general sales manager, Jose Rivera. However to date, all the issues that piled up are still unresolved including potential fraud committed on us, the consumer. To summarize: We purchased 2 cars, the last being a Mercedes. Initially, the Mercedes was defective. They tried to fix it, however it is still defective. We spent months back and forth and now they have stopped responding all together. They lie, sell defective cars and may have committed consumer fraud. Trust nothing they say and get everything in writing. If possible, go to any other of the many honest and fair car dealerships around.
