I had been searching at several dealerships for my teen daughter’s first vehicle when I came across Trucks USA. I originally went in for a specific vehicle, but it had already sold. Instead of sending me on my way, Anthony immediately stepped in to help. He showed me several other options and really took the time to understand what I was looking for — not just a car, but a safe, reliable investment for a first-time teenage driver. When we couldn’t quite find the right fit on the lot, he went the extra mile and checked with his manager, Jason, to see if there were any recent trade-ins within their company that might meet our needs. Together, Anthony and Jason worked as a team to find the right vehicle for my daughter. The entire process was smooth, thoughtful, and low-pressure. They were kind, patient, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. When I mentioned a few minor cosmetic items, they were immediately on the phone figuring out how to address them — and handled everything quickly. I usually dread buying cars. I dread dealerships. I’m a little sad and disappointed that they sold me a car that had an empty tank. It was late in the day when I purchased it so I feel like I was bothering them with my purchase… Because of the excitement of purchasing a car, I did not check the tank and when I did and was about to say something, everyone was rushing to get out of the lot. I would have appreciated a little bit more of their time and consideration towards their customers. I asked to work with a representative there but they informed me they were unavailable, and I don’t know why they would say that.
