My mom bought a truck from here was told it had a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty and if anything went wrong they would cover it. A week after she bought it she took it back because the navigation and radio combo wasn't working very good. They told her to try a new antenna she did and that didn't help. Now the navigation screen is so dim you can hardly see it and it's hot to the touch and will not pick up any local radio stations. She has been calling all week they kept blowing her off. She got ahold of someone today they said that the warranty is powertrain only and stop calling. Horrible customer service I don't recommend doing business with them based on her experience.

Best dealership I've dealt with in decades. BJ was super helpful. Saved thousands over dealing with local dealers in my area. Well worth the 2 hr drive to Jonesboro. Initial phone negotiations were honored with no surprises. I cannot say enough about this business and staff. I will always check with these folks first before buying a vehicle in the future.

Jenny was super helpful and friendly! Didn't try to talk us into buying a car or truck we couldn't afford and found the perfect truck that we could afford! I would recommend this business to anyone with bad or great credit! And my husband and I have been telling everyone how awesome our vehicle is and how great of a deal we got and many of them said they would be going to car choice when they look for a different vehicle! Every vehicle on the lot was clean and well kept! Not those "ding and dent" you expect from car dealers who accept anyone with any type of credit!
