Abdul was amazing and took care of all of my truck's...

Abdul was amazing and took care of all of my truck's service needs quickly and efficiently. He called several times throughout the process to make sure I was consistently in the loop and even gave me a rental for work when we found out they needed to keep the truck for a few days. Great service in the service department, I highly recommend!

Excellent All Way Around

Service was smooth and didn’t take too long. Kenny took great care of me. All went well on that end. Just have two negatives. The waiting room floor had popcorn all over it and the e cashier wasn’t very helpful in retrieving a promotional coupon that was sent to me via email that could not find but thought she could help since it came from premier. Thought that was odd because the promotional email with coupon is what made me want to make the appointment. So the marketing portion worked until the cashier wouldn’t help

Service was not good.arrived at 8:30am did not leave till...

Service was not good.arrived at 8:30am did not leave till 1:01pm due to the fact that they lost my work order just for a simple oil change. Appointment time was for 9:30 more than enough time to get it done . Ticket was written up at 8:48am
