My service technician, Tyler is always friendly and courteous. He keeps me informed of the progress of the repairs. The whole team is courteous every time I go in! The waiting area is clean and comfortable.

My experience today started out negative but ended up
My experience today started out negative but ended up positive. I had an appointment for 9:14am and I was greeted by my service advisor. I got my rear brakes done. Time management was satisfactory aa I waited. The service was excellent and I received my paperwork. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

Service is good but even though I said I'd wait they sent
Service is good but even though I said I'd wait they sent a text. Prices are high even just for the labor. Once done, they left they keys in the vehicle instead of handing them to me. Anyone could have walked up and drove off. Lastly, I left my volume low and on a certain station. When I got in, the radio was off but when I turned it on, the volume was up and on the I'd.
