I purchased my beautiful '05 A6 4.2 from Walter/International European Motor Group last year. Since my purchase, I've received nothing but excellent responsiveness to my service inquiries and accommodating appointments for scheduled maintenance. I can't speak highly enough about the service technicians and Walter Miller (Operations Manager). They're an excellent team and hold high standards for their vehicles and the services they provide. The dealership/shop is well maintained and provides a relaxing atmosphere to relax during service. As to the vehicle line-up they have: with each visit, I wish I had more room in my garage...as there are quite a few I would love to have the keys to. My wife and I are already looking forward to another purchase from IEMG. When our next purchase comes with IEMG or a service experience deserves a review (bad/poor/good)- I'll try to pass this along ASAP. Cheers IMEG

I recently bought a nice car at a fair price from International European Auto Group (IEAG). IEAG allowed me to take an extended test drive to have the car raised on hoist for inspection at my mechanic's garage. This helped solidfy my buying decision. When I am back in the market for a car or in need of repair I will be calling on IA.

After severely damaging the motor on my Mercedes E430, I asked International European Motor Group to help me get my vehicle back on the road and with calm, cool heads they were able to get my car running better than ever. I enjoy having a vehicle with the class and elegance of a Mercedes and Walter and his staff were gracious in every possible way. I can't thank them enough for giving me my dream ride back.

After an exhausting search (online & local) my wife and I landed in the lot of International European Motor Group. Initially, we were targeting a wagon for purchase, but after taking a peek at the beautiful vehicles available we moved forward with an Audi A6 at IEMG. Now Ie dealt with many dealerships and salesmen in the past, but have never felt like a customer vs. a number until my online and in-person interactions with the sales/business manager Walter Miller. *To our surprise, many of my colleagues have used and continue to use IEMG as their preferred dealership. Wee had the Audi for just over a week, and love it more each time the ignition is started- solid vehicle. To my surprise, Walter Miller continues to follow up confirming 100% satisfaction and opens the channels to address any questions or concerns. Those channels will definitely continue to stay open, as I look forward to scheduling maintenance/service and buying that wagon through IEMG. I will update my review should a situation warrant, however, I have no doubt that IEMG will take care of us throughout the years as they have with the purchase of this pristine Audi. Side note we did take a eekat 90% of their vehicles on the lot, and although we didn test drive themhey all look like they just arrived from the assembly line. I recently purchased a car from this dealership thru a Sale Manager, Walter Miller and this has been my most disappointed car buying experience. Walter was NOT honest about the car condition. He stated that there was no paint job to the car but when it was delivered to me (from WI to CA), the car actually has two paint jobs around the rear quarter panel areas. Also, there was noise coming from the front vents that he also did not disclose (he guaranteed that the car was mechnial/electrical issue free). I'd requested them to stand by what they advertised and of course they backed down and refused to pay for the fix-up. It was my first time and also last time dealing with this DISHONEST dealership. I would NOT recommend anyone to International European dealership.

Was looking for a lexus hybrid and found one through this dealership for a fair price. Researched Walter and his staff and found that others had a good buying experience. Had several interactions through phone and email and ended up purchasing the car. It was not nearly as scary as one would imagine. Walter and his staff were helpful, attentative, and prompt with everything on their end. Reputable company, reputable people. Buy with confidence. Gotta go, It's the weekend now and it's my turn to drive the Lexus. Chow!

No need to go to the Audi dealer anymore! Their prices are very reasonable and they always find a way to accommodate my busy schedule. All their employees are very professional and helpful.

We had been looking for a very specific vehicle for more than three months and had to expand our area to more than 500 miles before we finally found the perfect one at International European. Because the vehicle was 300 miles away, we worked with Walter exclusively over the web and phone, including handling an out-of-state trade-in. The negotiating, financing and purchasing experience was all so smooth that it seemed too easy. We showed up on a Saturday morning with our old truck and left 30 minutes later with our fantastic new toy! The entire staff was professional, friendly and interested - you really appreciate the small size of a dealership at these times. They made our buying experience so simple and painless that we'd be willing to make the trip again next time we need a vehicle.

You got the vehicle prepped so it looked brand new...You got the wheels refinished by a pro, got the oil changed and van inspected by the boys at sears. You got a few scuff marks on the door and leather arm rest fixed perfectly and allowed my audio installer access at your place to get the new audio system installed. All at no extra charge. Great service! Your follow through was impeccable. You made everything easy for us and I can not express, enough, our gratitude. THANK YOU!
