engine rattlle and poor air conditioning issues

quick turnaround time. it would help to have access to details of repair in case I have a similar problem in the future and have to resolve it myself.

Edge Servicing

When picking up our vehicle my wife was referred to the cashier. It would have been nice if part of the pick-up processed involved a step where the service staff check-in with the customer, summarize the service provided, identify future service recommendations, and then refer the customer to the cashier. The current system leaves it up to the customer to wonder what the checking-out process is. Otherwise, it was a good experience. Edward & Diane Aguero

Great Service

I purchased a 2014 F-150 eco boost 4x4. From the moment I got there I was not pressured to make a purchase but had all my questions answered and all of the people I dealt with were professional and friendly. Dale Cogan, Gary Gonzales, and Steve Verrone were all fantastic. I will only be purchasing my vehicles from Future Ford for life. Great service all around.

Fast, knowledgeable service,

Luis was very knowledgeable in explaining what why SUV needed. He gave me choices in when certain repairs were needed or could be delayed. The repairs were made promptly and I got my car soon.
