I like the new building. It is clean and comforting. Everyone is customer friendly. The wait is well worth it knowing my vehicle is being cared for now and in the future. Do not change a thing. Donuts would be nice once in a while......just kidding.

Fleet Managers Sell Personal Use Vehicles
Working with Don Hutchings in the fleet department to buy my new escape was the best experience. It was nice dealing with only one person besides the Finance Manager. Many people don't realize fleet managers also sell to the general public. He located the vehicle I wanted at another dealership and traded for it, had most of the paperwork completed before I arrived, and made sure my time spent at the dealership was no longer than absolutely necessary.

Ford Focus Electric leasing experience
Walked into Future Ford to see a Ford Focus Electric. Was greeted by Alex Walker who immediately made us feel comfortable. Alex took us to test drive the Focus Electric. He was able to answer our questions and put us in contact with a leasing representative. We never felt under pressure to make a deal. We opted to lease a Focus Electric scheduled for delivery that week. From start to finish the customer service was outstanding at Future Ford in Roseville.

Fantastic service
Everyone was very helpful from the moment I arrived at the dealership to pick up my new Ford Edge from the Fleet department to Finance. I even had employees asking if I needed assistance while I was waiting. It was an excellent experience!

Great Service
Future Ford has done all of the maintenance on my Escape since I purchased it from them. Excellent service, work done on time, no hard up-selling of items or maintenance (have experience the hard-sell pitches from other dealers in the past). Have dealt almost exclusively with Luis Legarda for nearly 5 years; sorry to see him go.
