STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALER!!!!!I After having a bad experience with Marlboro Nissan and taking delivery of my new car with scratches in 3 places I decided to buy a truck from Milford Nissan. When I brought it back for my inspection and registration it was damaged on both passenger doors. Instead of just fixing it with their paintless dent repair guy which costs very little, they treated me like xxxx and kept insisting that it didn't happen there. What a surprise that they are both owned by the same person. Stay clear of the salesmen JIM, GUY and especially JAN. True car salesmen in every sense of the word.

Great Dealership

If I could give more stars I would. I bought our 2019 Rogue Hybrid from Milford Nissan from Las Vegas Nevada. Jim Ferrall went out of his way to ensure the car was delivered in Greeley Colorado for a surprise for my daughter. The delivery came off without a hitch. The car was exactly as Jim represented it to be, it was immaculate. Can't say enough about this car company and especially Jim Ferrall. He made everything happen. I definitely recommend buying your next car from them!

No honor or honesty

Drove 4 hours to see a 2018 Grand Cherokee only to find out it was paint on the whole left side. Didn’t even stay 10 mins and drove back home which took 6 hours because of rush hour. They knew I was coming from far away and I asked about repairs and previous damage and history. They should have disclosed this information. If I did not catch there was damage and say anything they would have never disclosed.

Great Experience

Leased New Rogue Sport. It was a great experience. The customer service was excellent, friendly, and professional I wanted to keep my vanity plate which created complications and delay in registration. I was allowed to pick up the car drive it. While the registration issues were resolved. Todd Rivernider, sales manager arranged to have my car picked up at my work, in Walpole have it inspected and returned to me. Who else does that? Todd and Jim Farrell were excellent and patient in helping me find the right car, color and features and worked with me on the trade. Todd was able to work the numbers so that the lease payments were within my budget and the trade-in allowance on my old car was higher than II researched on the Internet. During the whole sales process I felt like was treated like royalty, as part of the family. Not by some corporate by the numbers approach. Todd ensured that everything was taken care of and followed thru. And Todd is really nice guy, competent and professional; a pleasure to purchase a car from. I can't say enough

horrible experience

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a used 2019 maxima SR on 6/23/19. I was told it was a factor executive vehicle which is why it was being listed as used rather than new. Title was never registered on it so technically it was a new car but they wouldn't budge on this. I know I would have gotten a better APR on financing. Online offered a rebate I apparently wasn't entitled to even though I was on the car on their site and they told me that was only for new cars, IT IS A NEW CAR. Strike 1! Despite my better judgment I decided to move forward and make the purchase. They told me it was legal to drive the car with my NY plates from MA to NY. I later found out that was completely illegal and I crossed CT and NY in which is was illegal driving the car home. Strike 2! After getting the car home I noticed the odometer was off by 600 miles. I thought it was a trip odometer that just needed to be reset but no they lied on the mileage. It was in my favor but still a huge error. They told me that when the car was input into their system someone made an error. Strike3! But wait it doesn't stop there. If it did I would have just moved on and overlooked the error. They come to NY 2 days later to register the car and their paperwork has the vin to the car I traded in so we had to fix the paperwork. Strike 4! Then THEY DONT HAVE THE TITLE TO THAT CAR. They have a 2018 title for a maxima with a similar vin #, very similar only 4 numbers/letters were different in the middle. Strike 5!!!!! This was only caught by DMV as I hadn't been shown the title prior to getting to the counter. If DMV didn't catch this error I would have registered the wrong title with the car. This would have caused a huge issue for me if I went to resell the car in a few years. That was it for me, deal was off. They were in contact with me the entire time and did return my old car immediately and the down payment but the complete incompetence with the errors is to insane to overlook. They also told me that the car I had traded was detailed and the oil changed, nothing was done to it which I was fine with but why lie. I'm so sad this all occurred as this was my dream car but the past week has been complete xxxx while all this occurred. I thought I could trust the carfax but the carfax had the incorrect mileage and said the title was clear. I also thought I could trust that the dealership wouldn't commit odometer fraud. IF YOU ARE BUYING FROM THIS DEALER CHECK EVERYTHING.

Not great

Not a great experience, was mislead about "deals" that did not exist, and the price kept going up, up and up. Not the most honest sales people

The way it should be

We were shopping for a Rogue Sport. Looking to test drive only. Drove the 25 miles here because of their ratings. Those ratings are well deserved. We were allowed to test drive the car no strings. Our sales rep Eric took us out and let us really get to know how the car felt. We were then asked to give him our thoughts. Everything we mentioned he took into account. Never tried steering us to what he had in stock etc. We left and came back 2 days later with deeper details. He worked with us every step of the way and it worked for us. Help from the sales manager was appreciated . There was never any pressure. This was a top notch experience and we are very happy with our choice of vehicle (which they had to get from another dealer) and that we chose Milford. You can bet we'll keep up with them for any future needs.

Good buying experience and fair price

Bought a 2018 Nissan Rogue which was a CPO from this dealership. Good experience and most of the communication was handled through e-mail. This helped me throw back questions and start the first round of negotiations to see what their price was going to be. Other dealers would too eager to get me in before they would even entertain price negotiations. Worked with Tom McKinnon initially and the experience has been fantastic. Jim Farell was the sales rep who ended up doing the paperwork and finishing up the purchase. Both guys were easy to work with. No pushy sales tactic etc. Financing was handled through them as well (NMAC). Just make sure you understand all the discounts and rebates you get through various finance options and what the out of the door price is. Do not just focus on the monthly payment, look at how much you are paying for the car at the end of the loan term. Mine was an out of state purchase that was handled by them like pros. They are very well versed in out of state purchase/registration etc. All in all very happy with the purchase. I would definitely recommend them.
