Searched extensively for a particular Make/Model used truck. Other dealerships would not budge on price. From the first phone call made to Premiere in Visalia, spoke with the salesman John, he worked with us and gave a great out the door price, and he said, “we would not be disappointed”. We were not. Truck was in almost excellent condition for the year 2007. Well cared for inside and out. Great customer service and meeting the owner John and working with him also made the experience that much nicer. He stands behind his employees and the overall training they receive, emphasizing the importance of working with the customers in a personal manner, being honest, earning respect and trust. We didn’t like the look of some faded side molding guards which is understandable for a 2007, he volunteered to remove the guards and buff out to remove glue residue. They did a great job, looked so much better! They take care of their customers not just at the point of the initial buy but extend if other needs or concerns arise just contact them. We will definitely have no issue with driving to Visalia from Fresno to purchase another vehicle from Premier. Thank you for restoring our confidence in purchasing a used vehicle and making the process about the customer also.

John Flowers is definately the most honest and caring car dealer Ive ever met. We came there looking for a used car after hearing about him through social media and all of the great things people have said about him and his new dealership venture. He came out and introduced himself and the guy has genuine charisma. We talked for a bit, he got to know us a bit better as we talked like old neighbors or friends would. Very approachable and friendly. Also very empathetic and interested in our situation. Hearing him talk about his business really inspired the both of us. By the end of our visit we were able to drive off with our 2006 Mazda Miata MX-5 in great condition that weve had now for almost two years. Thanks John, you are the man. Very thorough and clean business, open and honest. The way it should be. All dealerships should model their showrooms and businesses after Premier Auto Sales in Visalia. Great place to buy a car.

Sounds like Michael has had a run of bad luck, sorry about that Michael😔best wishes 🙏 My husband and I have purchased 3 cars from Premier🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The first car was in 2010, which we still have to this day and it runs great! I recently took it to LAX✈it has always been my "go-to" long distance vehicle, due to it's extra storage space. That is why we went back to Premier Auto Sales for our next TWO purchases👍which run great! I must add.... I have had no warranty issues. John Flower was always hands on and approachable. 🚘Rest assure that He and his team at Premier have the customers best interest at ❤Thanks Premier Team!

Since my original rating of this company, I've had to downgrade both my rating and experience. Why, because after they've sold the car and the warranty ran out, it's more about money and business as usual and not relationship or reputation. If I could have afforded to buy new, I would not have purchased used. You can bypass the reputation of the dealership as long the product you trust in and you have the warranty that exceeds the"as is" or buy into the 3 months or 6 months it doesn't affect you as much. But the old saying you get what you pay for is just as true with buying a used vehicle. You get what you pay for. They can talk about relationship and reputation to sell you a car but it will always be about money in the fine print. I apologize to anyone who went out and bought av car based on original review. Please forgive me, however, if your experience was positive then I'm glad for you.

One of John Flowers the owner best qualities he listens to you, and truly cares. He has a heart as big as the sun, and the staff was very efficient. If you will be completely honest with them they will get you in the vehicle that you like and best fits your budget, and they stand behind the cars. I give them 5 stars hands down.

I bought my first car from Premier Auto and I absolutely love it runs perfect in great condition and if I've ever needed extra help they always assist me in finding it! My brother also purchased a Dodge Challenger from them and he loves it as well and we both have never had any issues. Jaymzi is an amazing sales woman and cute as xxxx.
