I purchased a new Ford Bronco here several months ago. I took the day off of work to go handle the sale (the salesman and I discussed such ahead of time, he knew I was planning to get this done first thing) and when I arrived the car wasn't ready, the paperwork wasn't ready and the salesman was off of work that day. After awhile they got the paperwork ready and told me they would transfer my plate and new registration from my trade to this car, they didn't do that (I found out much later when the registration never came and I had to call multiple times about it, so I just had to eat my 2 yr registration from old car). The car was dirty, just a few months from being out of inspection, AND just 2000 miles from needing an oil change. I knew that the car was being driven by the dealership but you couldn't just update the inspection, clean it and give me a complimentary oil change visit? Just such lackadaisical customer service and frankly exhausting. I'm in sales and this salesman never even followed up. My fiance was buying a truck and looked at their dealership but decided to go elsewhere when he got in my new car and say dirty handprints on the ceiling and dust on the dash.

Went there two days ago to see what my F150 would be worth towards a new truck .sales said they would allow 8 to 9 thousand towards new truck.went to another Ford dealership allowed 15 thousand towards new truck capatable to the one we looked at in Sayre needless to say we bought the new one.rip off or what?

Told me 22k miles it needs brakes an rotors 400 front 370 ,went to insp.shop pulled tires, half life left not needed got inspection 33.00 Run from this place

The people that work here are very accommodating. They are friendly and patient. I moved here from Northern Virginia about two years ago and did not know where to get my car serviced. I broke down and took it to the dealer's service department. I am so happy that I did. I will go no where else. I have two Ford Expeditions and will buy any future vehicles from this dealership. They are fast to get you in for service, fast to get you out, but most of all... they are honest!

Poor service 2 hour wait to change 2 front tires and wash the car > many other problems > had to wait 1 hour for a Lincoln loaner car very slow service > Front tires were worn out would not pass inspection and had just bought the car from Williams and less the 1000 miles use from time of purchase.

The salesman was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. The purchase process was easy and there was no pressure. My vehicle needed a repair that was taken care of within a few days. I would highly recommend Williams Ford to anyone looking for new or used vehicles.

do yourself a favor, if you are looking for a vehicle, give williams ford in athens,pa a look. dont be in a hurry, enjoy the journey. they do their best to fill your need. service dept is very pleasant.

The deal was what I thought was reasonable on the new car I purchased 6 months ago, I decided to buy a second vehicle from them this week.
