The service on the MK-C was top notch. The took additional time to inform me that the inspection could be done at this time.

Dash Cluster replaced

The actual service of replacing the gauges was done quickly and they work and looks great. Next day found my windshield cracked from drivers side edge spider up into view..I had not driven it more than 18 miles. Took it back and they gave the opinion of a stone impact. I swear I heard no stone hit. You can be the judge..we took the hit with insurance claim. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. We were just confused as to how the glass could break without hearing an impact. They are good people..just our misfortune,I guess.

Helpful people, complicated car design

I was told at a service station I needed to replace the driver's side headlight in our 2001 Mercury Sable wagon, so I took it to Williams. It took four appointments: 1) a quick check to see if the bulb was easily accessible (it wasn't). 2) an appointment to replace the bulb, but the light still wouldn't work. 3) a 2-hour diagnostic test to find out the problem (it was a cracked wire). 4) to replace the wire. I was unhappy with Ford because the car was designed to make it difficult to replace the bulb. The people at Williams were very helpful, and actually replaced the wire for free (thank you!). The whole job cost almost $200, again because Ford didn't make this car easy to service.

Good service

The issue was resolved to my satisfaction. The service department is good. Ralph the mechanic is the best mechanism around. I would highly recommend using Ralph and the service department.

Professional, courteous, and knowlegeable service

I purchased a 2015 Ford 150. The service offered was very professional and very knowledgeable about the product. This made my experience much easier since I have never owned a Ford or aluminum vehicle, and to give me the confidence that this is the right choice for me. The staff was always available for any questions. The staff also called me with any appropriate information pertaining to the transaction.

Really great service.

I was very pleased with the service I got at Williams Honda and the way I was treated. Ed and Anne in Service are first class people and you are lucky to have them. They not only know their business but they are very good at what they do and they make the customer feel comfortable to be there.

great service and wonderful staff

We purchased a 2015 Ford Escape which we love and had it down for an oil change, tire rotation and computer update. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful and service was the best

Great Experience

I test drove a car that I saw on-line. I liked it and the salesman was very easy to work with, the price was terrific and we even negotiated it down a bit. I love the car and the salesman was very helpful explaining the features, sinking my iphone and very helpful in general. They even came to my house to take me to get my new car!!!
