Frankly I bought my first Nissan from Wesley chapel Nissan and it left a bad taste in my mouth, but when I went in for emergency service, while trying to return home after a trip, the level of kindness, dedication, and effort blew me away. I have never had such friendly service in my life. I felt welcome and so well cared for that i would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Heather was excellent providing me with customer satisfaction. The service was timely and the atmosphere friendly. Didn't mind one of the salesmen asking if he could take me for a ride in a new vehicle.

My car was a totaled a week before purchasing my current car. I contacted Ashley Santini by email on Saturday before New Years telling her I was interested in a used car that I had seen on line.
