This dealership earned my business. Good experience.

They don't just make promises that are not kept when you go to sign your papers...this dealership keeps their end of the deal. They don't waste your time. If you give them facts and numbers they give you results. I am happy with both their sales group and their service dept. And you don't wait all morning while your car gets an oil change. Avg wait is an hour and 15 mins on a Saturday morning without an appointment. Everyone is so friendly. I am so happy I bought my car at this dealership! Supreme Nissan Slidell you earned my business and I am a happy customer!

Horrible Service with Dale

I brought my 3 week old 2018 Nissan Pathfinder to this dealership because the Fuel gauge showed a little over a quarter tank of gas, the low fuel warning light was on, the miles until empty said 0 miles until empty and it was making a noise when you hit the gas. Dale looked at my car while checking it in and saw all of this. Another technician went with me to here the sound. He aslo witnessed all of the fuel issues. I was told the fuel pump was bad (in a brand new car might I add) and that they needed to order a new one. I left with my car that day. Two days later I was told to bring my car back because a technician from head quarters was coming to inspect the car. Two days later I was told that my car was ready and to pick it up. When I got to the dealership, I was told by Dale that there was no issue at all with the fuel pump or fuel gauge and that they could not replicate what I claimed happen! They replaced one part not sure which one with a part from another car that they knew was working. They did not replace it with a NEW part???? He also claimed that he never witnessed any of the issues I described on my first visit! He completely lied and said that he didn’t see the light on or the car showing 0 miles until empty. Completely insane because the very next day the car did the same exact thing again. Now I will need to bring the car right back again tomorrow. Totally unacceptable for a brand new car. On top of all of this ridiculousness, I was given a loaner car that was dirty on the inside and stunk like wet dog and cigarette smoke!!!!

Great service

I brought my car in to be serviced and was service was awesome from beginning to end. They got me back to work without waiting forever. Would definitely recommend!!

Great place to find what you want

This was our first time using this Nissan dealership. The inventory was huge and the salesmen let us go out o the lot, opening many models for us to experience firsthand before making a selection. Staff were friendly and helpful, without pressuring you.

Nightmare at Nissan of Slidell

I turned my daughter’s 2011 Nissan Versa hatchback in to have the struts, rotors and break pads replaced and was informed the service included a complimentary car wash. Two day’s later I was noticed that the vehicle was ready for pickup. On the third day I returned to the dealership, paid for the repairs and went outside to find a dent on the hood, greased fingerprints all along the seam of the hood, greasy boot prints on the drivers side carpet and additional greasy fingerprints on the drivers and passenger side doors. Additionally greasy fingerprints covered the seam of the rear hatch back door (which shouldn’t have neede to be accessed. Upon bringing the cars condition to the attention of the service manager, he showed little concern. He then called the service writer out of my presence, who was off duty, returned and alleged the greasy fingerprints, foot prints and hood dent were present when I turned the vehicle in for service. I then told the service manager that the service writer would then have at least documented the dent in the hood. He agreed that she would have done so. I asked to see the documentation. He produced the documentation and discovered NO notation of the vehicle condition had been made by the service writer. To be fair, the service manager had the vehicle cleaned and agreed to have the dent pulled at a later date. I highly recommend NO ONE take their vehicle for service to NISSAN OF SLIDELL!

Very Satisfied

This was a nice professional experience. I am very satisfied. Mr. Austin was very helpful. My test drive was nice. Mr. Austin really helped me. He knew everything about the car. Thanks for everything!!

sold truck out and under my son

My son was looking for a truck I found it at Supreme Nissan. I sent an email next morning they contacted me told me it was available I had my son call him. Got a hold of the salesman Dylan he had my son fill out an application for credit I they said he need me so I filled one out. I called him seven to eight times to see if he got the application he wouldn't answer my calls he is always with a customer so finally I ask for a manager and amazing enough he called me back and told me that they done a deal with somebody else. If it was a deal he should have went ahead and told me he needed a deposit or I could have paid cash and finance down here when we got it back home instead they sold it out and under my son. This is a very dirty way of doing business the dollar is very much more important than the customer at that place we see where the probabilities of that dealership is.

Maintenance 2012 Frontier

I dropped my truck off late Friday afternnoon for an oil and transmission fluid change along with tire rotation. Truck was ready for pickup early Saturday morning. Heather provided excellent service and quality of work was very good.

Mike my salesman was great. Everyone was very friendly . Everyone helped me set my new car to be perfect for me. The general manager was so helpful.

I recommend this dealership and service center to purchase a vehicle from everything went just as planned and everyone was real friendly helpful and nice .
