This was our second KIA purchase at this dealership.

This was our second KIA purchase at this dealership. After a negative experience at a different KIA service department, we knew we had to return to Summit Place KIA East for our next purchase, and their service department. This time was better than our 1st purchase. Everyone is so friendly and professional. From the receptionist to our sales consultant (John Rivers) to the finance manager (Dan), everyone was welcoming and appreciative of our business.

1st time at this dealership, went in for oil change tire

1st time at this dealership, went in for oil change tire rotation for my 2023 jeep and had my filter change and fluids check. They did excellent work amazing service. The customer sitting arear is clean and offer beverages to there customers. The Service Rep Khadijah is a very polite and informative young lady who kept me abrupt. Summit Place North Gratiot Ave. Clinton TWP Mi. This is the place to go get service done on your vehicle.

I have bought 5 cars from this dealership, and I have had

I have bought 5 cars from this dealership, and I have had nothing but great experiences. From sales, to service and the parts department. Cameron from sales is a great guy, and so is Skylar. The finance manager is wonderful, and works his butt off to get you approved with a payment that is manageable. I only take my vehicles to this dealership for service. Their service techs are polite, and always informative. I literally can’t say enough good things about this dealership.

My 2021 Forte was towed to Summit Place East on February

My 2021 Forte was towed to Summit Place East on February 25 bc of vandalism . Today is March 20th and the service department has discovered additional damage. We have purchased Kia’s since 2012. In 2012 we bought two cars the same day.. I admit it was Waterford and Auburn Hills. Clinton Township would not give me a loaner. I also own a Sportage 2023. We have been longtime customers. This incident will force me to get rid of both vehicles. Trust me, if I ever get my car back I will be getting rid of it. I won’t be recommending anyone to purchase a vehicle from Summit Place Kia -Clinton Township especially.

The dealership had plenty of vehicle's that we were

The dealership had plenty of vehicle's that we were interested in. Hunter Wallace did a great job in showing us several vehicles to choose from. He went over everything regarding the warranties with us. He then directed us to the finance department. Hunter then showed us everything on the car and how to work it. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars. I would highly recommend him to other people looking to buy a Kia. The dealership was very clean, and everyone was very friendly.

Very rude and very disrespectful.

Very rude and very disrespectful. Very displeased with how things were handled. Would not recommend. This is a business of customer service and he clearly doesn't respect the customers.

HORRIBLE Customer Service

We used this dealership to get our car serviced due to recalls. We took it in on a Monday and we’re told it would be taken care of in 1-2 days, depending on what they found based on their initial testing. They assured us they would reach out to give an update when they found out what the job would entail, but we heard nothing until Wednesday, when we called them and asked for an update. At that point, they said it the car would not be ready until Friday. On Saturday, we still had not heard anything and it seems impossible to get any answers from the service team! You guys need to get better customer service agents and you need to stop insisting you will give a call back when you never do. Thankful that we don’t ever normally have the need to bring our car for service to a Kia dealership, because we most certainly wouldn’t return to Summit Place Kia East.
