Great Dealership!!!

I picked out my car on Sunday and it was delivered to my work over 40 miles away by Tuesday!!! Great customer service!! I've bought cars twice as much as my 2016 Kia Soul+ and haven't been treated this well. Financing was a breeze and I got the exact car I wanted. My mother and aunt have also bought cars from this dealership recently and have experienced the same great customer service!!

WORST CAR EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

On Thursday, October 15th at 8:56 pm we were given a purchase agreement and we gave a $500 deposit to hold a used vehicle. We were getting a loan from our own institution, which we told our salesperson, Ken Wozniak. On Friday I confirmed our interest in the car and said to be in contact soon(when loan was completed). 3 business days later I was to close on the loan when my banking institution called to tell me when they called the dealership for info about the car, they were told it was sold. I immediately called my salesperson, Ken - who has yet to call me back. After no response to the messages I left, I spoke to the manager. He claims the salesperson tried to contact me 4 times. He sent one email on Monday afternoon which I didn't get, until I checked it, after the bank called. When you want to get an immediate response from someone you DON'T email, you CALL!!! The manager was unapologetic, arrogant and unprofessional. His response to me was that my check went through the shredder & he could get it out for me. This car was supposed to be a birthday present for my 16 year old daughter. Happy Birthday Honey!

Good Experience 4.5

I didn't buy my KIA here but I have taken it in a few times to be serviced. Not the most updated dealership as far as facilities go but they are more than fair with their pricing especially for simple items like oil changes and tire rotations. Very customer friendly as well. Will continue to use them.

Purchase a Kia Optima

I purchased a 2015 Kia Optima in June 2015. I would recommend this dealership, everyone was very helpful. My salesperson Dominic is the best. I am enjoying my new Optima.

WORST DEALER EVER

I have been shopping for a car was contacted by Greg spoke with him serval time asked him before I got there to make sure everything was verified and I was good to be financed went in a picked up the call Saturday got a call Tuesday saying the finance company was unable to verify my employment and I needed to bring the car back because the loan was not going to be funded I put down $500 which the dealer refused to give me. I wouldn't recommend a DOG GO TO THIS DEALER....

Outstanding dealship and personnel.

This is the second Sedona we purchased from this dealer and there will be a 3rd in the future. The staff is well versed in sales and service. Phil was the best. Looking forward to the see the new completed building. GREAT JOB. Myron and Nancy

Great No Pressure Sales Experience

My husband and I loved working with Brian Chupa. He may be a new sales person but he didn't use any high pressure sales techniques. He was positive and very personable. He was the reason we bought at the dealership. His finance manager was awesome and worked with us on our payment. The overall experience was awesome. I will come back again and buy a Kia. I definitely will tell my friends and family about the great customer service. If you need a new car and want honest answers this dealership is the BEST! Thanks again Brian! Great Job! Bad Customer service on vehicle problems.

I bought my 2014 Kia Soul in June of 2014, from Summit Place Kia in Clinton Twp., Michigan..... and was experiencing grabbing and spongy brakes right from the start. Then in October, I noticed a strange metallic zinging sound, once in awhile, on cold start ups. Brought the car in for it's first oil change in December, and to address my concerns. All they did was my change my oil and wash my car... all in less than an hour. My concerns fell pretty much on deaf ears. With our recent snow and ice, I feel like my car is a carnival ride, making me feel like I'm on the edge of my seat while driving. Of course now, the zinging engine start ups are becoming more frequent. Called up to complain to Kia customer service, but their only solution was to go to another dealer.... which I hope to do this Wednesday. I sure would not at this time recommend any Kia vehicle.

Awesome deal on my 2015 Kia Sportage! Best buying experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. My sales manager, Greg J, was very polite, personable, and very efficient. When Greg called me in to take a look at my old car, I had no idea I would drive out in a new one within 3hrs. Now that is service! I told Greg what I was looking for in a vehicle and financing and he got the job done! Thanks Greg and the Kia team! I highly recommend Summit Place Kia- Mount Clemens. Ask for Greg.
