I was extremely pleased with my interaction with this dealership. I purchased a new Hyundai Accent for my son who is going to college. Obviously, with tuition costs looming, price was a consideration. There was no hard sell or attempt to upsell or add unwanted extras. Most of the transaction was handled online and by phone and the only face to face was the delivery due to both COVID concerns as well as convenience. Catherine McMillian was the most knowledgeable auto salesperson I have ever dealt with. She was also extremely responsive, rapidly answering emails and text messages with complete details. Everything was completely prepared and ready when we arrived to take delivery.
