Michelle was very helpful and communicated well.
Michelle was very helpful and communicated well. However, the first time my vehicle was towed in they charged me almost $400 for a new battery because they said the battery was testing bad, but when I picked it up with the new battery my car didn't even make it home before breaking down again. I had to have it towed back and they figured out that the fuel pumps were actually the issue. They completed and everything was covered on my warranty but I had $100 deductible that I feel like they should have credited from the battery and inconvenience. I feel like they could have looked into the issues a little harder the first time. All in all my vehicle was fixed but can't say I wasn't disappointed in the situation.
