Requested they send me the Carfax Report on a vehicle I was interested in buying from them. Never provided it and I was not about to drive 50 miles to know where the vehicle had been used!

We purchased a vehicle. We were shown the vehicle professionally, we were allowed to test drive it twice and they took the time to make sure details were in place for the car itself during delivery. Mr. Daniel did well.Overall, positive experience and would buy here again. Thank you for helping us select the vehicle we needed!

Buy at your own risk. These guys are very dishonest and do not stand for anything after you leave the lot. I bought a truck that they said was fully inspected but we discovered it had a bent frame and the heated and cooled seats didn't work. The AC didn't work, and there were parts missing on the running boards and the center console. It cost me several thousand dollars to get the truck to what I thought it was when I bought it. They refused to accept anything and said it was somehow my fault that the frame was bent even though I got in touch with them only a few days after I purchased it. These guys are crooks. The owner was very upset with us for even calling although they told us to "let them know if anything comes up and we'll definitely take care of it." Never again.

they sold me a car with safety hazards didnt tell me anything they have no good customer service they all about money i would not reccomend anyone we could have blew up in the car started smoking

I bought a 2012 GL, Serj, was the sales person, seemed to be a nice guy, but he is very deceptive. There were 2 small dents that he promised to take of, this was around March 9th. It is now May 11. he no longer takes my calls, he will only text. He has been stalling me, during this time the oil light has come on 3 times. I found that there is a common issue with seals on the oil cooler that should have been addressed before the GL was resold. I would have preferred to work this out with them but that wont happen by their choice. I will be taking legal action in hopes to recover the cost to repair both the dents and the oil cooler, it will cost close to $2,000.00. Don't trust them, them especially Serj, they can't be trusted, dishonest and cheaters. If there is a lower rating than 1 star, they wouldn't even get that.

Bought a 2013 Audi Allroad here last month. Love the car but be cautious and do your research. Whatever you do, make sure you get a pre-purchase inspection somewhere before buying. They will tell you it passes state inspection but that doesn't mean much and they don't do repairs on the cars they sell. When I got a pre-purchase inspection he told me it technically shouldn't have even passed state inspection. He showed me engine bay leaks, front tire tread was really low, driver side CV boots were broken and leaking, exhaust clamp was rusted out and leaking exhaust and the battery was nearing the end of its life. The car was also extremely dusty when we arrived. But as long as you know what you are getting yourself into I believe you can safely purchase a car you'll like here.

I bought a 011’ BMW here and it didn't last 2 weeks. I called them back to let them know they sold me a car with alot of issues and that it broke down on me. But they only said if there’s no warranty it is not there problem anymore. I imagine they do not care and most likely do this alot. If your going to buy from here just please make sure you take someone with you that knows ab cars bc they have a way to turn of the engine lights/reset it to make it seem like it is fine.

Reeked of marijuana the instant I walked in. Car was unwashed and almost on E. Didn’t notice the 20 scratches until I got home because it was dirty before. What a sketchy business.

The folks at Crown , especially Serj , are top notch. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I could not be happier with my recent experience.

Ended up buying from Crown, great F 150 with low miles.. Recommend to everyone looking for a reliable used car or truck. Serj was very helpful to make the right choice.
