We have been looking for a truck for over a year. Sent an email through the website on Sunday about our interest regarding a truck on their lot. Got a call on Sunday evening and scheduled an appoint to look at a Silverado on Monday evening. Guido already had the truck washed for us, ready for a test drive and stayed way passed store hours to talked with us, look at our trade in, and do all the paperwork. We went home with a new truck in less then two hours. No hassle, no back and forth, just friendly and no pressure and the right price. Guido was very knowledge about cars and a pleasure to talk with.
