Guido and Ernesto were wonderful to work with. I called on Wednesday morning about a car I saw on their website, Guido immediately started the approval process and got back to me within the hour telling me I was approved. I told him I would be up the next day around 4 PM, Guido was kind enough to hold the car till then. I got up early on Thursday and decided to get there in the morning. I arrived at 9:35 when they open (unannounced), Ernesto was there, but advised Guido wouldn't be in until 11:00 but he would call him. Guido had other plans, but dropped everything and raced over to complete the sale. I was out of there with my new 2007 Jeep Liberty in less than 2 hours. Guido worked with me with the financing, called my insurance company for me and got me on my way. What an unbelievable experience at a used car dealership, this establishment certainly does not fit the horror stories you hear from others about used car dealers. Not only did we find exactly what we were looking for, we were treated with outstanding customer service. The only thing that was missing, was the celebratory bottle of champagne. My wife and I had been looking around for a second car and I had my mind set on a low-mileage NB (1999-2004) Miata. Low mileage for a car this age is ~60k, but GEG auto found a 2002 with under 19k! It was priced above the competition, but for good reason: the car is immaculate (with factory hard-top) and Guido had put on new brakes, rotors and tires. Our car was in the shop, and we had no way to get from Jersey City, NJ to the dealership to test-drive the Miata. So I went to cars.com and read up on Guido and GEG automotive, and THE REVIEWS DO NOT LIE. When I saw that GEG had shipped a car to a buyer in Florida I asked about shipping. Well, they had another delivery in central NJ so if I could get the papers and payment to them in time they were willing to bring the car to me! I did have my doubts about purchasing a used vehicle, particularly a convertible, sight-unseen; but everything came together so easily and Guido was so responsive about the deal, I have no regrets. And by bringing the Miata while our other car was in the shop Guido saved me a few hundred dollars in rental-car fees! When it's time to replace our other car we will definitely be coming back to GEG!

I haven't bought a car in over 10 years, but the sales experience at GEG was as easy and painless as possible. My old car was totaled and I was looking specifically for a certain year, make and model of Toyota 4Runner to replace my old one. I found the vehicle I was searching for on Cars.com and contacted Guido from GEG. We scheduled a test drive and the car was in tip-top shape with brand new brakes a rotors. I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle until my insurance check came in and we filled out all the necessary paperwork to ensure that pickup of the vehicle was quick. When I came to pickup the car it was detailed and ready to roll and my old tags were transferred by Guido to my new 4Runner. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a vehicle at a fair price without the high pressure sales and hoops to jump through like at most dealers. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.
