Kiwi was very responsive in communication. I had found the exact car that I’ve been looking for however, they just got it in. He followed up every day as it went through the process of servicing and detailing. He contacted me when it was finished with detailing, and we purchased it the same day. Total time there, was 2.5 hours and that working through a trade in. We were pleased with the trade in value too. It was a pleasure working with the City Auto team.

Stay away from City Auto in Murfreesboro,TN.
Stay away from City Auto in Murfreesboro,TN. Managers and General managers will never give you a call back if something is wrong with the vehicle. I purchased a Volkswagen Atlas 2024 and my engine was out and my air filters were all dirty. They told me that the car is perfectly fine and it went through their maintenance. It never did go through their maintenance and they do not care about their customers. When I try to resolve the issues; they're all bunch of scaredy-cats to try to resolve the issue. I have bought a lot of cars from a lot of places and this place is far the worst place anyone can buy a car. I would suggest to stay away from this place. Also if you tried to talk to them they will always put the blame on someone else and saying oh no their mechanics are just saying that because they want the sale. No you're just covering up a xxxx up on y'all's end. I would advise everyone to stay away from this place!!!!!!
