Kevin is great service advisor

Brought my car without an appointment at 3:30 pm, with TPMS issue, Kevin took it from me, quickly provided diagnostics, after another 20 minutes car was fixed, and I went home. Can't say enough how good this guy is.

New Forester

I love my new car! I went by myself for this transaction. I have never had the confidence to do this before. My husband and I have worked with Marcus Bennett for at least 20 years. We would not do business with another salesman. We trust him, he explains things clearly, and follows up on each step of the process. He has offered to review anything that I forgot, or can?t operate. He will answer a text immediately, anytime, and offer assistance. I do love my car-the process went smoothly because of Marcus. He gets the job done well.

Easiest Car Buying Process

We began the search for our first Subaru about three years ago and we tend to do a lot of research before we step foot into a dealership. About a year ago, we visited several dealerships initially and a terrible experience at a neighboring dealer (not Muller!) caused us to put our search on pause. We reached out to a member of the Muller team who had been very helpful last year and set an appointment. The process was as easy as it could possibly be… we met with the salesperson, test drove a model that fit our needs perfectly, negotiated the price, and were out the door with a new 2021 Outback in less than four hours. My wife is extremely happy with her new car and I’m already planning to return to Muller in a couple of years when it’s time to say goodbye to my car. Thanks, Marcus and the rest of the Muller team.

Worth the time and distance to travel to!

I live in Rockford 1.5 hour drive from this dealership. I located the auto of my dreams on autotrader.com. Muller had the best sticker price. I left a message, I was contacted by Joe the next business day. Spoke to the Dealership President Thomas while working on loan options. Spoke to Nazar, when finalizing the sale. All of this done from the comfort of my home. These gentlemen treated me well. They did not belittle me because I was a woman buying the car. I felt respected at all times. Since the price was much better than what was offered locally I felt it was worth the 1.5 hour drive. The facility was clean, The final person that I met with was Robert, nice, polite, and understanding young man. He was respectful to me and my spouce. We did have to wait a little bit to finalize the paperwork with the financial person but that was not too bad. I would have liked to have known prior to arriving to the dealership about the cost of the extended warranty and other possible coverages. This would have allowed me to plan better for my down payment. I did get the extended warranty. I highly recommend it! The drive home was excellent! I was able to get the feel of the new car and enjoy it. I highly recommend going to distance for the car that you want, not the one you settle for locally. The local dealer was not able to tell me when or if they could get a car the color I wanted. Plus they were 6K higher in price. The fact that I was able to do all of the shopping and planning from my home and not waste hours sitting in a dealership was awesome! My husband said when he gets a new car he will be going to Muller.

Muller Does it again

Muller Subaru again put us in a great car with a great lease. Their Sales folks have always been very courteous, helpful and well informed. We’ve shopped at many dealerships and our Newest lease is our 2nd Subaru Outback from Muller Subaru. Over the last 10 year Muller has put us in the 2 Outbacks, 2 Nissan Rogues and they put my son in his Honda Pilot. Always a good experience.
