I spoke with a sales person named Lee Anne.

I spoke with a sales person named Lee Anne. We agreed upon a vehicle and the asking price for the vehicle. I emailed my information along with all paper that was required before starting my 4 and half hours drive to the GMC dealership in Winnsboro La.. Upon arriving I was greeted by Mrs. Lee Anna we went for a quick test drive. While sitting in the sales manager office he informed me that the price we had agreed upon was wrong and it would be an additional 1,000 added to the price. Feeling like I had been swindled, I still proceeded with the deal. An hr into my return trip the engine light came on the vehicle's dash board and it began to lose power. I pulled over to the shoulder of the road. I restarted the vehicle and continued to drive as an alternative to being stranded on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. Mrs Lee Anne was notified immediately she was very concerned and helpful. She told me that I could bring the vehicle to my local dealership or they would come get the vehicle and drop off a rental car. I brought the vehicle to a local dealership and the service rep made the statement " Where did you get this truck from it couldn't be a GMC dealership". I responded" I did" he said "No way the didn't even put new tires on the truck". It was at this point I looked and realized that the Sango dealership is a horrible dealership and would never do business with them again. I brought the vehicle on a Friday and have been without it for a week while paying a 1,200 car note. #notfeelingsatisfied.

sir, no one went up on your price. as a matter of fact you were shown numbers upon arrival. now this is after showing up with a trade in that YOU neglected to mention the 1800 back window that needs replacing. you waited till you got into finance to start trying to get better deal. we even sent leeanne in to converse with you as she said she never told you a lower price. Now after we DO NOT DECREASE the number in your trade and reduce the prce $500..., who feels like they are being swindled now?.....you proceed to tell everyone that will make you happy and then go outside and remve the bed cover on your trade ???? it was appraised with the bd cover, but not with your broken back window. as far as tires, they had 30k miles on them and were barely worn. im very sure the dealership in new orleans wouldnt try to speak positive of your purchase from another dealer. why dont you go look at their used car lot and see how many cars have "BRAND NEW TIRES" we go into every deal with customer satisfacion as a goal. your review is unjust. i would expect a little more from a public official. enjoy your yukon , you got a great deal.

I live hrs away from this dealership after driving the 4hrs they increased the price i was quoted by an extra 1000. 1hr into my drive home the engine light came on. I was told to bring it to my local dealership. My local dealership rep came to the vehicle to connect the scanner and ask where did I buy this vehicle I said" At a GMC dealership" he responded no way. "They didn't even put new tires on this truck". Would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
