Lexy - REAL Customer Focus
When my local dealers told me I'd have to wait to order a 2015 because there were no stock 2014 that met my requirements, Lexy & Brian not only rechecked all 2014 stock in NJ, they IMMEDIATELY ordered me my 2015 - ON THE SPOT! I am STILL waiting for my local dealres to call me back so I can order my 2015 Jeep. In addition, I was kept informed regularily during my 7 week wait from order to delivery. Lexy really made me feel that I was her only customer and that she was personally invested in my satisfaction. The delivery was terrific and detailed, the final paperwork a breeze. I am so glad the finance aspect is so different that 10 years ago - no pressure for costly unnecessary extras. Well worth the distance I had to travel to get just what I wanted. I absolutely am recommending Lexy, Brian and Nielsen to others! Thanks for making it fun!

Frank Formica is the real deal
I walked in looking for a used jeep with low milage and in great condition and walked out with just that. I had a great experience working with Frank Formica. He was extremely attentive to my needs and was able to figure out the best deal for me. My only negative was the monthly payment quoted to me was about $35 less than what it ultimately came out to (not including the additonal extended warrantee). Overall, I would recommend Nielsen & Frank Formica.

Don't bother using "Get E-price" button on dealership websit
What a waist of time and effort! I visited there website and found a vehicle that I was interested in. They offered a selection button on the vehicle description page that stated "Get E-price". I thought this would be an easy way of receiving what would be their best non-negotiated pricing over the internet without having to spend hours getting beat up by a salesman and sales manager at the dealership, but instead it lead to multiple e-mails and then enticing me to come in and talk with them to determine the pricing. I've asked to be remove from their e-mails, and wouldn't recommend them to others.

Vehicle trade-in & Purchase
The sales representative, Alexandra, met my wife and myself at the dealership doorway and began a purchase experience where she carried herself in the most professional yet personable manner. She resolved the issues I needed addressed as far a model and price. When a problem arose she conferred with her female sales manager and financial manager, Tom, and that problem was quickly addressed and solved. I was fully satisfied in the purchase and that satisfaction was due to the efforts of all three of your representatives. I view them as real assets to your dealership providing such a high level of customer service.

2014 Grand Cherokee Limited
Upgraded from a Lorado to the Limited and the sales and management staff were able to make it happen. this is our second Cherokee from Nielsen an we will be dealing with them again for our next. Thanks!!!!
