I can say enough about the staff of Midstate Mitsubishi.

I can say enough about the staff of Midstate Mitsubishi. The General sales manager Stephane Jovin as a great team always ready to help even monts after the sale. If I have a question or need help with anything at all they happy to assist me. I would recommend anyone to do business at Midstate Mitsubishi.

All workers were very fantastic.

All workers were very fantastic. They listen to customer and meet the needs of customers. In fact they communicated very clearly. They took their time to explain things well to me.

I can’t recommend Midstate Mitsubishi enough.

I can’t recommend Midstate Mitsubishi enough. If you go please ask for Brian. He made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable which is not typically a word associated with purchasing a car. He was knowledgeable, personable and extremely communicative . It was a seamless experience from start to finish. Brian was able to get me the best deal. Because of how amazing the entire midstate experience was we have now become a Mitsubishi family. Not only did I work with Brian but my boyfriend and his mother also purchased new cars. You won’t regret working with Brian or Midstate!

I cannot recommend Midstate Mitsubishi enough for anyone looking to purchase a car! From the moment I met Brian in the parking lot, the entire team went above and beyond to make my car-buying experience smooth, hassle-free, and even enjoyable. Brian, was absolutely amazing ? professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. He carefully listened to what I was looking for and patiently walked me through all my options without pressuring me. I truly felt like they cared about helping me find the right car rather than just making a sale. I ended up purchasing a 2025 Outlander and I couldn't be more thrilled with my choice! Stephane and Tonya clearly explained every detail, from pricing to financing options, so I always felt confident and well-informed. The dealership also provided me with updates, handled all the paperwork efficiently, and made sure everything was ready to go when I picked up my car. Hey Justin, we've been trying to get in touch with you in regards to your review and dissatisfaction with your most recent service here. While we did not do the tire balance, it wasn't because we just wanted to sell you tires. You came in requesting a balance due to a vibration above 20mph, and thi s was because your tires were worn to the point that the wires were poking through. Not only would balancing the tires not fix the issue you were having, but your vehicle was unsafe to drive. We were even able to get you a discount on your tires with winter approaching.
