I have had my 23 Colorado in twice now so they could

I have had my 23 Colorado in twice now so they could reset the computer. The first time I left it all day, they didn't fix it. I was there 3 hours this time and they still didn't fix it.

My experience with AutoStar and Brandon Buckwalter was

My experience with AutoStar and Brandon Buckwalter was unexpectedly and significantly pleasant. Having lost my husband within the last month, I was fearful and dreaded having to encounter such a large financial decision alone, without the encouragement and support of my lifetime partner. I certainly did not look forward to any hassling relating to costs involved, and my “car shopping memories” reminded me of multiple previous experiences over the years which were less than pleasant! I was referred to this dealership by Chris Turpin, a family friend and an employee in the parts department. As I entered the lobby of this dealership, I was greeted by a very vivacious personality who guided me throughout the entire process of buying a vehicle without stress or pressure . . . Brandon Buckwilder. With Brandon, I never once felt pressured. In fact, I felt most comfortable and was frequently reassured that my feelings of doubt and my lack of knowledge were being respected and addressed. I also never felt rushed in any way. Next, I met Heath the sales manager. Heath spent sufficient time listening to my needs and never pressuring me whatsoever. Now, it was a done deal! Many of my family members and friends have commented on the terrific price that was negotiated. And, all without stress or pressure! I am 82 years old and hopefully may never need another vehicle, but if I do, I will head straight for AutoStar Chevrolet in Waynesville!

Very easy to deal with.

Very easy to deal with. No high pressure sales guys. Easy closing. Chance was great to work with. Above all I feel I got a great deal without spending hours negotiating price.
