Great buying experience !

Our experience with Rusty Smith was a pleasure. We purchased an Infiniti QX56 and we are enjoying it ! Rusty was very professional, courteous, and patient. If you see something in his inventory that you are interested in, you should not hesitate to stop in. He will make you feel at home.

Great car and buying experience !!!!

I am an individual who knew nothing about R3Motorcars but found them during my internet search for the car I was looking for. From initial contact with Rusty through the purchase of my car my experience was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EVER!!!! This was a no pressure transaction. They could write the book on great customer service. They are prompt, courteous and professional!! Their cars are show room quality. It was most definitely worth the drive from Ohio to do business with this company. They are at the top of my list for return business.

overall an enjoyable experience

I had been looking for the right car for 6 months. R3 had it at a good price. The deal was completed with professionalism and honor. I will deal with them again in the future. I recommend them highly.

Rusty was awesome to work with. I wanted to surprise my husband with a Cadillac Escalade ESV. Rusty and his staff worked with me to make this happen. He responded to every email promptly and worked with my credit union to ensure an expedient and stress free purchase. The vehicle was super clean and ready to present. He stored the vehicle in his show room to make sure it stayed "show case' ready for my husbands big surprise.

The Best Used Vehicle Experience I've ever had!!!!

R3 Motorcars - Both Rusty Smith (owner) & Jeremy Goeringer (finance) were great to deal with. My defenses were up when I first walked into their showroom but there was NO high pressure shenanaigans. I purchased a beautiful used Mercedes from them at a fair price. I would not hesitate to refer any of my co-workers or clients (I am a Keller Williams real estate agent) to them. They carry only gently used "luxury" vehicles i.e. Mercedes, BMWs, Cadillacs, etc. I will surely be going back to them for my next vehicle as well. Gary Bannon ? Greer, SC

Great Experience

It was very well worth making the 2 hour drive to get there. The vehicle looked better in person than it did in the pictures, and the pictures were great. The dealership is nice, clean, and quiet. The people were nice, friendly, and soft spoken. They even said that if we wanted to take the vehicle to have it checked out, to go right ahead. After we finished checking out the vehicle, we asked about the CD for the navigation system that we couldn't find. They said that they would order a new one and send it with the license plate as soon as they get it. I have been driving the vehicle for a few weeks now and I am still very happy.

Exceptional service

We made a long distance purchase of our vehicle and arrived at R2Motorcars to pick it up, delighted to find the vehicle was everything it was reported to be. R3Motorcars LLC met us at the airport, processed the paperwork efficiently, and answered all our questions. The facilty is clean and spacious, the employees helpful and courteous, and we could not have bee more pleased with the buying process. Rusty, the owner, communicated in a timely manner, accommodated our schedule, and let us know what we needed to do on our end to make the buying process go smoothly.

Great dealership; very laid-back atmosphere!

This dealership is like no other I have experienced. I would refer everybody to check them out. The owner and his partner are very nice. Paper work was a breeze! The quality of cars are very nice and I found myself second guessing. Check them out!

Great Service/No pressure buying/Super nice cars

Was by far the best car buying experence i have had..Was able to talk to owner and talk price only to him.. Was looking at a certain car and after i got their i saw something else.. Took me about 2 hours to make up my mind and never once was i pressed to make up my mind. I walked around inside and out trying to pick which one i wanted.. Once i picked my car paper work went fast and i was on my way with my Mercedes Benz.. WOULD RATED R3MOTORCARS A 10 OUT OF 10..
