Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation at

Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation at 1:00. Arrived at 12:50. At 2:35, I asked if my car would be ready in time for me to pick up my child at 3:00. I was told, "Yes, they are working on it now. " At 2:50, I asked again and I was told "Let me go check". I asked for a loaner to go pick up my child and was told it would take 20 minutes to fill out the paperwork. At 3:08, they brought out my car. Said they were sorry but a technician didn't show up and the other tech had to take a lunch break. So my child had to sit on the sidewalk thinking he had been forgotten, all because someone had to take a lunch break. In 30 yrs of working, I couldn't tell you how many lunch breaks I missed. First time customer and last. I waited 2hours and 20 minutes.

They were very nice and helpful.

They were very nice and helpful. Transparent about prices for maintenance. Worked quickly and was out of service area pretty quickly.

I just left the dealership.

I just left the dealership. I was told that I needed a repair on some ball joints that would cost $522, and I have only had that car for 5 weeks. That is not fair. I realize that the car is not new and yes cars do break down. This is not fair!!!!

We had great service and the staff was very helpful!

We had great service and the staff was very helpful! Our questions were answered and our battery was checked and replaced with a new one in a timely manner.

Absolutely by far the most frustrating experience I have

Absolutely by far the most frustrating experience I have ever had buying a vehicle!!! COMPLETE waste of time. We supposedly had everything worked out and approved then the salesman comes back the next day with absurd conditions!! Thankfully it didn’t work out because we got what we wanted thanks to trotter Nissan in el dorado! 2025 with 8 miles on it. No money down sales tax paid!!! Merry Christmas

Took my car in about 7 moths ago for drive train

Took my car in about 7 moths ago for drive train replacement and they were excellent. Everyone was super helpful and nice. Brought it home and after approximately a week or so noticed oil on my driveway. It had never leaked before. They looked at it and said there was something settling, so tightened that and to keep an eye on it and bring it back in if I noticed anything, it started leaking again and worse than before. The oil light would come on and off. Took it back to thie dealership, along with receipt. The original service manager wasn’t there and the one that took his place barely looked at the receipt and told me, before I could explain my problem, “Mr. Billy Wood said they did not work on cars 10 years or older.” I was floored! Needless to say they have gotten the last penny from me. I had never heard of such. Great way to sell cars though!

Couldnt Close The Deal

So i havw bought from them before but i had my uncle who was the finance manager help me and i loved it cause it was a smooth transaction with me being 2 hours away. The issue i have now is that i was called about my 2019 honda i got the salesman wanted to try to get me into a new car cause he wanted good used inventory. well long story short he butchered the deal and couldnt make a deal. He was at first wanting to lower my notes and got to a 10 dollar difference i was like ad in the taxes and we can see, he was like just think on your color so im like ok maybe i will do it. well i sent him pics of my car and how it looked which is good because i hardly drive it and i have 28k miles on 2019 hybrid touring. this dude comes back with a 550 dollar offer im like how is this a deal i pay 475 for my car now i would be dumb to say yes he then said let me go talk to the manager and see if yhey can lower it and this was a week ago he didnt reply to my text i sent so now im like nope cant do business with ppl like this or with someone who is obviously about what they can get from me. i sold cars before and this is a big no no dont quote prices if you cant deliver and then ditch the customer cause now im against the practice of this dealer so yea dont deal with them cause they seem to ditch you if they cant benefit and want to raise your price
