Bought a used Nissan Rogue, noticed tranny was slipping,
Bought a used Nissan Rogue, noticed tranny was slipping, went to have the computer reader done, couldn't get any info on the reader, obviously they pulled a fuse. Paid for a tint when I bought the car, was supposed to be to the legal limit..limo black in back windows, didn't do the job requested. Called and left several messages, never returned any call.

I had the pleasure of working with Sunburst Auto Sales to acquire a 2004 Corvette. Car was listed on internet for one day and I sent in a request about purchasing. Received a quick response from my salesperson, Raul, who worked with me in the negotiations and final sale. Flew into Salt Lake and Raul picked me up at airport so that I could drive vehicle after purchase. Raul was very personable and professional in his handling of the sale. Also kudo’s to service department in finding/fixing minor issue with vehicle within 20 minutes. Would recommend Sunburst for future business and thanks again to Raul!

I asked about a car that I was interested in, and after insisting that I was interested in buying it, I was told that the car needed engine work, something that was NOT advertised. Luckily I didn't book the flight to go get the car!! little serious

Best experience I've ever had!
I've bought several cars throughout my life and this dealership was the most laid back, non pushy, quick paced most efficient dealership I've ever dealt with. Shawn was amazing and patient. Never asked for anything extra (more of a down payment) like other salesmen have in the past. He was so patient and allowed me to take the car across town to show and talk with my husband prior to buying ( even went extra because I missed the exit :)...) AND they don't pull your credit with 6 to 7 places HUGE bonus! Thank you so much for the great experience!

We worked with Donte and Shawn to look at a 2018 Lexus 450hL. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They never put any pressure on us and we had a great experience working with them. Ali, in the Finance Department, was also great to work with. He also was super friendly and nice and gave us many options to consider when we purchased the car. The facilities were clean. They detailed the car so it was nice and clean. We would highly recommend that you see Donte, Shawn, and Ali when you're looking to buy a new or used car. You should definitely consider buying your next car here!

I was looking to trade in my truck for a newer car. Upon...
I was looking to trade in my truck for a newer car. Upon inspection, the MANAGER told me that he would only give me a certain amount, which was $2500.00 less than most others, citing that there was a repair he was going to have to make. When I told him that I was going to take it to my mechanic to verify it, he was very insistent that I don't go anywhere else, as he wanted to do the repair himself. He insisted that we go ahead with the purchase, and once the warranty company decided to pay for the repair, he would reimburse me for the $2,500.00. He coached me as to what to say if an adjuster contacted me about the repair. He claimed I had to leave the vehicle with him for at least a week to make it available IN CASE the adjuster showed up to inspect it. I took it to my mechanic anyway, he checked it out and told me that there was NOTHING wrong with the truck as far as what that manager told me. I was very upset to say the least. I wrote a bad review on his website, and he emailed me, chastising me for the review. I will never patronize this company again, and I suggest the same to anyone else who may consider going there. Zelena was a GREAT salesperson, too bad she lost a sale due to her manager.
