Sam's Auto World

I reached out to them via email about test driving a minivan and they responded in about 10 minutes. They provided more information about the vehicle and provided the times that the shop was open. I called to say that I was coming to test drive the vehicle and they had the vehicle plated and ready for the drive. At the end of the test drive I decided that I wanted the vehicle and he took a small downpayment to hold the vehicle for me. We came to an agreement on the price and a deal was made. The car was ready when I called to say that I was picking it up, 10 mins worth of paperwork and I was on my way. I waited until after I got my plates to write this review because I was waiting for something to go wrong, but before the expiration of my temporary plate the actual plates arrived and they plated the vehicle for me. I would visit this dealer again and again, this is everything that a used car dealership should be. Kudos.

I contacted them but got no response!!! I was really interested in the vehicle but I heard nothing !!!

My experience with Sams Auto World was great. I've bought cars before and the experience can be lengthy and upsetting but the staff here made the process so quick and easy. I would buy here again and definitely recommend them to anyone!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Sam’s Auto World and I have to say it was the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a used car dealer. The salesman that worked with me, Willie, was extremely helpful, accommodating, and upfront during the buying process. The prices were fair the car was clean inside and out. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

TYPICAL START WITH MOST SALESMAN. POLITE UNTIL U GET THE AUCKER PUNCH WITH A “AS IS “ LEMON... BEWARE AS IS CARS THEY ARE xxxx! I BOUGHT A PONTIAC G6 ok CAR FOR BACK AND FORTH DRIVING FOR WORK.. BUT HERES THE CATCH.. THE CAR WAS SOLD TO ME WITH A KEY FOR THE IGNITION... IT DOESNT FIT THE DOORS OR THE TRUNK ! I CALL AND ASK CAN I GET A NEW KEY! AND GET THE xxxxING TUN AROUND ABOUT BUYING “AS IS” WOMT HAPPEN AGAIN WONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS OR RECOMMEND ANYONE SPENDING THEIR MONEY WITH THEM..

I bought a 2007 Toyota Rav 4 and a 2008 Honda accord from this dealer and both brothers are courteous, honest they are very helpful in providing you with the best deal. The service was excellent. I recommend my friends and family members to purchase their vehicle at Sam's Auto World. This dealer is trustworthy and so far I am extremely happy with my purchases.

Wished I had read more reviews - said they serviced the car but I think they did just enough for us to use the car for a short time and then bammm! Six months into it and we have to have just about everything replaced. Tried to tell us it is our fault. Had oil changed every 2 months - having to put 6 grand into a 2011 car? That's ridiculous - don't buy here.

Sam is an absolute fraud. Thought I was taking part in a normal sale and tried pulling the rug from up under me moments after. Save yourselves and take your business elsewhere

We had Willie as our salesman and he was extremely outstanding. He made us feel right at home. Willie was very polite and professional. My son was very excited of his purchase at Sam's Auto. I would highly recommend Sam's Auto world to my friend and family. We made our Pre-Owned 2009 Toyota RaV4 purchase on Wednesday and two days later we received a call from the Willie asking us to come pick up our Plates and registration. How cool is that? Thank you will for your quick and excellent service.

overall i loved & had a great experince, Willie was outstanding and made us feel right at home. he was polite with no pressure to buy. would recommend Sams auto world to my friends and family
