What AMAZING deals they have
I would really like to thank Delaney's for the amazing deal they gave me on my new car. It was extremely generous of them to give me the "Special Employee discount" and don't worry I wouldnt dream of sharing that with any other salesmen there, because I know that deal was almost unheard of for an employee. Of course they wouldn't try to make a $4,000 profit off of me. They only pillage the ones they really don't like. For a $1,000 over sticker I can't believe I didnt buy 2 of them. What a deal. I'm glad I really liked the vehicle, cause i'll be paying on it for many years to come. By the end of 8 years I will have paid an extra $20,000 but hey thats just pocket change. Would I buy another car there? Yes! I would feel left out if I wasn't thousands of dollars in debt. Thank You guys! It was truely a pleasure doing business with you.

Just bought a car
We visited several dealers looking for a dependable minivan. We were welcomed by several people walking through the door and people were very nice throughout the process. Our sales rep Alan was by far the most knowledgeable we have worked with. The team there worked with us to get a very fair price so both sides were happy. Only dealer I know that gives at minimum a free 3 month warranty on all their used vehicles (we bought a 2004 Odessey). Also offered free 1st oil change and free lifetime inspections! Will no doubt be back for our next car.

horrible experience never buy a car here
I traded my truck for a per owned certified honda accord. Loved the car took it for a test drive. After we got back the sales person matt danko asked what do u think I said great car but I think the brakes are bad. Nothing was said so later on we were discussing the price we couldn't agree so I said I'm leaveing. The sales manager bill brown comes over and introduced himself he said what's going on I said nothing I'm leaving he started raising his voice and getting angry cause I didn't agree with his offer I said the brakes need to be replaced on this car he said there was nothing wrong with them and that they just cut the rotors which they didn't. I returned 2 days later to purchase the car trusting that the brakes they told told me were good and guess what they wern't. So needless to say three days later it cost me over 500 $$$$ to get all four rotors and pads replaced at my mechanic. So I called the next day and asked Dennis Sankey if they would do something about it. They said yea will call u tomorrow I said great I had spoken with dennis sankey. So the next day comes no phone call so I call them talked to matt he says I"ll have someone call u back with a resolve. A few minutes pass Bill Brown calls back and basically says were not doing anything were done here I called him a few choice words and then he hung up on me. Bottom line there crooks they will lie right to your face they didn't even fill the tank and the car was dirty when I picked it up. They never cut the rotors they just put pads on slapped a sticker on it. I called honda and waiting for a reslove and complained heavily about this dealership and how they treat and talk to people. I DON'T CALL BUYING A CERIFIED PRE OWNED CAR THEN HAVING TO SPEND 500 $$$ PLUS DOLLARS TO FIX IT A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE... BEWARE AND STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALER. Ridiculous

Worst place I have ever been to
I traded my 1988 Ford Econoline van, with 100,000+ miles on it. The truck I got is better on gas and that is it. My van was a lot more trustworthy than this thing.The 1rst month it broke down 3 time. And the last time it was in the shop, they had it for a week. I have replace the hub and had to fix the ABS brakes on this truck on my own to the tune of $1500.00. And the engine light has been on since the 2nd week I had it. They would not fix this problem. And when I tried to trade it in I found out it will need a clutch. If you trust this place with a used car , well just don't. Trust me the headaches I have had are just not worth it. I want me 25 year old van back. It was a mush more reliable car than this thing.
