I wanted a specific make and model, I had a saved notification search in Cargurus and one day the car popped as available in TX (10hrs away from me). Please do understand this is a small little lot dealer, not a Mega super store with dozens of cars. So at the beginning it was rough as they would not respond to my emails or phone calls. Like I said, this is a two or three men sales,financing, service, etc... remember you will not pay for all that extra overhead like super dealers. It did pay off, talked to Robert, he was super attentive, replied and responded to all my text messages. From thousand of miles away he sent me pictures of the car interior and exterior, vin, vehicle trim. Imagine buying a used car just by looking at pictures. Put a deposit, went to see the car, did a PPI, and we closed on the deal. Do not get discouraged, these are difficult times, and dealers are doing the best they can to stay afloat. Good luck

The truck we bought blew the oil cooler up withIn less than two weeks, we went in and asked for the owner and was told hel will come in whenever and refused to help us. Buyer Beware

Bought a motorcycle and it was delivered doesn't r
Would give negative score if allowed service is terrible refused to fix damage on bike delivered it not street legal break light and blinkers broken battery was dead they said it needed charged took it got it charged and the bike doesn't even run most expensive lawn ornament ever and I still haven't even received a title
