Recently I transacted for a pre-owned vehicle from Southern Luxury Cars at 1851 Airport Industrial Park Dr SE, Marietta, GA 30060. The purchase transaction was super easy. Maybe, too easy but for a reason. The vehicle had a dead battery on the car lot and required a jump-start from the dealer. Early sign no doubt. Southern Luxury Cars would not credit me for a working battery. Nice.? Three days later I determined that the battery was “bad” and replaced it. Kinda minor, right? OK, granted. The undercarriage, engine bay, interior and exterior of the vehicle were meticulously clean! Southern Luxury Cars excels in detailing a vehicle. They excel so well that fluid leaks do not show up for at least 10 days. Within the first two weeks of ownership, I had a concerning incident with this vehicle at highway speed. I accelerated to passing speed and then the vehicle abruptly lost power and the engine quit. QUIT! I was able to pull the vehicle to the side of the road without further risk of damage and no injury (without power steering). I am not sure that a young teen driver would have been able to do that. As the vehicle would not re-start, I had it towed to my mechanic. There, I discovered that the engine was a salvage engine and was not original to the vehicle. (OK I should have checked this out better and you should also). It is questionable as to whether one can swap an engine into vehicle without declaring it due to the state of Georgia’s Salvage Title statutes. (Twenty-five percent of vehicle value). When I attempted to contact Southern Luxury Cars by phone the owner (Nibel) would not take my call. I overheard him disclose to the receptionist: “that guy (me) is driving me (the owner) crazy. I don’t want to talk with him.” Wow. Nice customer service, right? My salesperson (Ray) also ignored my attempts to contact them via Facebook. This is on me as I tend to be a bit too trustful, and I did buy this vehicle with no warranty either stated or implied. The Carfax was stellar except for a brief period that I overlooked. I should have had a pre-purchase inspection done. (My fault). If you are considering a vehicle from Southern Luxury Cars, then get a pre-purchase inspection by a qualified mechanic. Based on the work on this vehicle by the Southern Luxury Cars’ mechanics, the work quality is suspect. I had a second engine failure / stranding in the 90 days since this purchase. The engine died again leaving me stranded and a no-start, AGAIN. As the vehicle would not re-start, I had it towed to my mechanic, AGAIN. There I discovered that the engine had zero compression in the passenger side bank of cylinders. WHAT? Customer has been experiencing oil consumption since purchase. Therefore, this would be an opportune time for engine replacement.” So now I am replacing the engine with a cost of around $13-16,000. “Thanks, Southern Luxury Cars!” This “Luxury Car” is not. Overall, the lack of forthright communication from Southern Luxury Cars is the most troubling issue here. Southern manners should be better than this. Will I buy from Southern Luxury Cars again? NOPE…and neither should you.

LOVE my BMW 750iL
Mo, was straight-forward and fair with my purchase. I had an issue with the car when I left with it and they repaired it the next day. Needless to say, the experience was wonderful and Mo was even able to work a warranty without it impacting my payments.

No adequate response
I submitted an inquiry about a Porsche 911 I was extremely interested in through the CARS.COM portal. I waited for contact to be made from the dealer. A week later, I got an e-mail from CARS.COM that the vehicle was no longer available. Never heard from the dealer.

Outstanding Car Buying Experience!
We drove over from Alabama and we bought a GMC Yukon on Saturday (August 29) and our experience was great. Moe and the staff were thorough and knowledgeable. We completed the entire experience, from test drive to driving off the lot, in under 2 hours, which is nothing short of a miracle. The customer service was outstanding, as they kept us comfortable and entertained throughout the entire experience. If I ever have to buy another car, I will definitely use Southern Luxury Cars. The overall experience was definitely worth the trip.

Satisfied customer
I bought a Mercedes S500 back on Feb 2015 & am very pleased with my car. I walked in and 3hrs later drove off the lot in the car. Nader was a pleasure to work with. I trusted his sincere, professionalism & I have referred my friends to him to enjoy the same 5 star experience when in the market of purchasing a luxury car. I would buy from this dealership again.

Southern luxury cars
The guys at Southern luxury Cars were very professional. The environment alone from three staff sold me. They genuinely care for the customer. I would recommend them & probably use them to purchase another vehicle.

Now where can we start? Let's start with the words that made me not hesitated to walk away from this Dealer "How do you know if we want to sell you the car?" from one of their salesman name Nader. I was looking forward to purchase a 2006 Mercedes clk500 with 85,605 miles. Before doing so I request for the vehicle to have a pre purchase inspection done. We were informed that our credits need to be run before we're allowed to take the vehicle to inspection. Ok that's fine with us we don't mind but do felt like Ray the finance personal felt like we can't afford the car. We can finance or buy cash! however it goes we'll willing to as long as the price is right and the vehicle is in a good conditions. but that's not the case after the inspection by Select Luxury Service! this vehicle had a lot to work on. Especially; the wheel bearings that have to be work on right away due to safety purposed. and not mentions the leaking oil at valve cover gasket, leaking oil at the oil drain plug, lenses on mirrors are filled with moisture. The only Good experience I had with this dealer is with the Owner Nabil thank you for hospitality. I hope you take a look at the peoples that's working for you again. Maybe it might help your business advanced in the future.

Great Experience!
I bought a Mercedes in December and it's been great! It's not a large dealership but they have friendly people and have good cars. The only thing that was confusing was that the address on Google was different than the one on cars.com and the dealership website. They explained that they recently moved, but either way I'm satisfied with the experience!

Super nice guys
I bought my car from Southern Luxury Cars Inc. After looking for a while and dealing with strange salesmen, I called them they were very polite and respectful. They answered all my questions and more. It was a real pleasure buying from them. I love my car and now telling all my friends how happy I am with them.
