Mike Holmes, setvice manager is great.

Mike Holmes, setvice manager is great. He always goes out of his way to help before and after the sale. On June 9th I came to for service and it was a nice experience. Mike treats you like a valued customer. Thank you for everything!

Robbed!

Robbed!!! I completed all of the paperwork, including a credit check, and discussed financing and additional warranties with the Finance dept, to purchase a 2021 XC60 and they sold the car from under me. We had been working on this deal since Wednesday, April 13th. On Friday upon running my credit I specifically asked if there was anything I needed to do to ensure the car would not disappear over the weekend, since Jake (the sales person), didn’t get the paperwork out in FedEx prior to the final pickup of the day. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed in the service I received, and left with an inquiry on my credit score that has already driven my score down!!! I feel slighted and hard to believe this has occurred. I would stay clear of this dealership if this is the way they do business.

VERY Disappointed

Purchased 2022 Volvo xc90 12/28/22...salesperson did did not fully explain the functions of my Volvo and, he passed me on to another person who spent less that 10 minutes with me because he was on his way to lunch...however I don't blame him, it was my salesperson's responsibility to ensure that I was fully comfortable with my Volvo which I still lam not. I called my salesperson for help last week to ask about the battery capacity, he NEVER returned my call.

I have never spent 3 hours in a dealership to leave angry...

I have never spent 3 hours in a dealership to leave angry and without a new car. I live in Richmond Va., which is about an hour away. I had been struggling to find the car I wanted in the color I wanted until I found one here at this dealership. So I decided to take the drive with my family including my toddler. She can be little challenging to take places, but I figured I knew exactly what I wanted and would be eager to the deal, so i hoped it would be somewhat quick. I was very wrong unfortunately. The sales guy was helpful, but I felt like I was getting a bad deal for my trade considering I have two other dealerships offering to purchase my trade for a few thousand more. I kinda agreed, but wanted to see the details of the deal first. The sales man said the finance manager would be right with us to go over all that. Their heat wasn't working and they had no TV channels for kids, so the wait was a bit rough. After over an hour, I tried speaking to the sales guy again, he said it wouldn't be much longer. Then another 30- 40 minutes goes by and my family, especially the little one was done waiting. I had told the salesmen we were done waiting, he said that magically the finance manager was ready for us. We get to this persons office and he was not ready. He kept typing barely acknowledging us. When he finally starts talking after almost 10 minutes it was apparent he had no idea what he was doing. He started the conversation buy trying to offer us an extended warranty and Gap insurance (which in my situation is something that would not be needed). I express to him my frustrations about waiting for so long and that I really am not interested in any of that I would just like to know the specifics of what I had qualified for, knowing that I have good credit I was hoping he would finally deliver good news. He clicks on his computer for another few more minutes and offers me an APR that was double what another dealership offered me. My husband tries to explain that to him and he talks over him and starts acting rude. We stood up and put the keys to the new vehicle on his desk and told him this wasn't going to work. His response was that I should leave the keys with my salesman. I ignored him went to my car with my family, and my plates were gone and I already had dealer stickers on my car. The GM follows us out, she said she wanted to talk to me and I said I was no longer interested. Then she said that we couldn't go anywhere without plates, and I said well then you will need to put mine back on. As the salesman put the plates back on my husband apologized to him because it wasn't his fault his GM and finance manger were completely incompetent. I really don't understand how they are able to sell any cars here. It was a horrible experience. If you are thinking about buying a car do yourself a favor and go anywhere, but here. They just don't seem to want to sell cars here.

Service above and beyond!

Ge Ge was an excellent service writer! She was a pleasure to work with. She and Kendall also went out of their way to care for my wife who has a medical condition. They are exceptional representatives of the dealership. Service and caring! Thank you!

I have purchased 5 vehicles from the Huber dealership in...

I have purchased 5 vehicles from the Huber dealership in Fredericksburg, Va - 3 MB's and 2 Volvos. Note: I am a "car guy" - very finicky about my vehicles. My most recent purchase was a new 2021 Volvo XC90 T8 (I traded in my 2019 XC90 T6). I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership. The new vehicle is delivered in immaculate condition and that includes after service is done. Some kudos: Tim Mitchell our sales representative was knowledgeable and very attentive to our concerns and needs. Sebastian (sales representative) also was very helpful. Tyler (sales manager) on the most recent purchase and my previous purchase of the 2019 XC90 was very professional, fair in his pricing and determining the trade-in amount. Anyone looking for a no pressure, pleasant (and enjoyable) buying experience should go to this dealer (and work with Tim or Sebastian in sales). The finance manager was also very professional and efficient.
