I bought my first car here in 2020 and had no issues

I bought my first car here in 2020 and had no issues until it was totaled recently. Needing a new car, I immediately thought of this location. Garrett introduced himself and was friendly and quick to help. Though I can be indecisive, he wasn’t pushy and gave me his card when I decided not to purchase a car that day. When time was running out, I found a Jeep on the website, texted Garrett, and he responded right away. Despite a snowstorm in Little Rock, he had me test-driving the Jeep within an hour. I came alone, and Garrett even drove it to my home without me asking! Garrett is personable, knowledgeable, and honest. He made the process smooth and followed up after the purchase, keeping every promise he made.

Jason was A-1, poised, focused and got the job done! He welcomed the challenge of bringing in a vehicle that wasn't available and the turnaround wasn't bad considering the recent storms. Shoutout to Jason as he creates a long term career and builds his legacy! *

The salesman I talked to wasn’t very knowledgeable about

The salesman I talked to wasn’t very knowledgeable about the Toyota Thundra I was inquiring about! Also I told him I may be interested in one and would fly to Little Rock if it was what I was interested in and no call back!

11/07/24: Another wonderful experience at Landers, L.R.thanks to Christopher Rankin (779-4068), who oversaw all aspects of my visit. Christopher is a wonderful representative for the dealership, and I found myself shaking his hand and re-iterating my appreciation, over and over. My days of going to a private garage on some street corner are over, and they have been since I dealt with Landers Toyota, Little Rock

We had the best experience with Toyota Landers and Jason

We had the best experience with Toyota Landers and Jason Thomas. Jason and his team went above and beyond to find us the vehicle we were looking for AND deliver it to our home nearly an hour away. Once the vehicle arrived, a light on the dash began to flash and they promptly took it back to the dealership, combed through the vehicle again only to find that a wire beneath the drivers seat had disconnected slightly after adjusting the seat for me. They redelivered within the day! The experience was smooth and very well managed by each person we came in contact with. I would highly recommend using them and would definitely not hesitate to repeat my business in the future. Ask for Jason Thomas! You won’t regret it.

Billy was extremely unprofessional and got very upset

Billy was extremely unprofessional and got very upset that he had to work to sell a vehicle. He was upset that I was smiling when speaking to my sales rep, and told me I was not serious enough to make the deal happen.
