Excellent service at Steve's place

Fast check-in. Very courteous young man who coordinated the service. The wait area was busy but pleasant. Great coffee while waiting. Was out in an hour and the rotation of tires plus synthetic oil change with coupon was only $89. An excellent experience.

Great Service Advisor and great service

I arrived a few minutes before time for my service appointment and was met immediately by Lisa Maryovich who asked if she could help me. When I told her I had an appointment in a few minutes she asked my name and then asked my phone number and told me that she would contact me with any questions and come get me when my vehicle was ready. I went inside and got a cup of coffee and looked around and in a little bit Lisa called me and told me what was going on and then after a little while she came in and found me and told me my vehicle was ready. I was happy that it did not take long and we have been very happy with our Highlander since we bought it last year. I would reccomend Landers Toyota to anyone looking for a good vehicle.

Fast, quality service for recall repair

Took 2017 Toyota Tacoma to dealer to perform replacement of HVAC blower motor, per recall from Toyota. Service was courteous, quick, and efficient... as always. Vehicle was ready in less than one hours. My thanks to Lander's staff.

Expeditious Service

It was time for my 45,000 mile checkup on my 2015 Toyota Avalon. I made the appointment and was given expeditious service. There is a very convenient lounge area so that you can get a free cup of coffee and watch TV while you wait on your car inspection. The advisor signed to you comes to the lounge area to discuss your car inspection and whether there is any maintenance needed. If so, repairs are then made, you pay the cashier, and you are free to go. My agent was Christopher F., and he was very knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend Landers Toyota to anyone for their well-trained staff and how they treat their customers

Speedy service. In and out around 30 minutes. Lisa was great. Was very pleased with the professional service that I received. The wait time was good and I will always use them in the future
