Repeat customer of Landers Toyota
I was really discouraged before I returned to Landers Toyota for my second new Toyota vehicle. The salesman, Dustin Roseburrow, worked with me until I found the vehicle I wanted and was respectful when I asked dozens of questions. He never made me feel pressured to buy nor intimidated. The service department went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I wanted, down to the weathertech floor mats. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and I did not feel pressured to settle for less than what I wanted. I will not even price at another Toyota dealership in the future.

damaged tire replacement
The low tire pressure light came on in my 2017 Highlander and when I was checking the tires, I saw the head of a screw sticking out of one tire. Since the screw was 1/4 inch from the sidewall, I knew it could not be repaired, so I made an appointment at Landers Toyota. Chase Goshien was my service advisor and he confirmed that the tire was not repairable, but Landers did not have a replacement tire on site. So he went to work on the phone and was able to locate a tire and told me that it would be delivered by noon the next day. This sounded great because we had a trip out of town planned for the next afternoon. Just as he said, the tire was delivered the next morning and was mounted and we were on our way before noon. He kept me informed during the entire process and I appreciated his excellent professionalism very much.

Service upkeep of vehicle
Service upkeep of vehicle oil change, wipers, tire rotation. I was running late for my appointment and still got excellent service. Everybody in the service department is always friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

From the moment we arrived, everyone we made contact with was kind, patient, willing to help and the personnel that talked to us was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and didn't have to go ask information from others. They made you feel that you were dealing with family or a good friend.

Honesty
I requested replacement of a part if needed. When they finished servicing my car I was told I did not need the part replaced. I could have been Told I needed the part.

Friendly, Professional and Courteous
I had a scheduled 9:00 am service appointment on my Highlander. Upon arrival, I was immediately waited on and my vehicle taken in for service. My Customer Service representative was Kurt Salecker. He kept my informed of the progress of the service to my vehicle. Checked with me before replacement of the cabin air filters and met me at the cashiers office upon completion of the work. then walked with me to my vehicle to insure everything was to my satisfaction. I'm not sure what Steve would say, but I would say a job well done.

Simply the Best
We brought our Toyota in for a 15000 mile checkup. As soon as I pulled up to the building I was greeted by a young man that inquired why I was there He invited me inside and explained what was going to be done and invited me to wait in the lounge and said he would come and get me when the car was ready I had a cup of coffee and they came and got me and I was on my way Fast, friendly service
