I had my 15,000 mile service on July 1, 2025, on my

I had my 15,000 mile service on July 1, 2025, on my little Buick Encore. I was beyond shocked to discover my minimal service cost $960.00 for service that took a little over an hour. And it only took that long because it had to wait to be washed. All that I had done beyond the regular maintenance tune-up service was to add new wiper blades. I can honestly say I will NEVER bring my Buick to this dealership again. The cost was beyond obscene. The clerk who helped me admitted it was due to tariffs. Also, the Buick Rewards program was a joke. When I amassed enough points, I ordered floor mats. They sent the wrong item. I took the mats, still enclosed in plastic with my name and order information on it. I took it back to the counter in the waiting room, and the man working at the parts counter refused the floor mats, said I needed the box to complete the return. He was very hostile and unhelpful. Much to his anger, I found the box and brought it in. Reluctantly, he said he would restore my points and reorder the corrects mats. He never ordered the mats and never restored my points. Worst company ever

Best experience I have ever had.

Best experience I have ever had. Alex very caring to ensuring my needs were meet. I got the price and trade value, his manager Fred, was stand up guy trustworthy, straight shooter no run around. Process was smooth, Dawn in finance was very knowledgeable great to work with. They treated my wife and I like family, Jonny on the tech side helped us program everything in. This the first GMC Canyon Denali I have ever bought. This dealship is worth the time to see in person.

Our sales representative Greg was fantastic!

Our sales representative Greg was fantastic! Honest, respectful, helpful, and attentive. Didn’t pressure us, and really did work for us to find us something we went there for! Great to deal with a genuine person and not someone fake trying to upsell us. I would recommend Greg to anyone. Way to go Greg! Thanks for your help and getting us into our new 2024 GMC 1500! -Dennis & Amy

Predatory sales bait and switch

Found a cheap car and was ready to buy. Sales person was nice but pulled a bait and switch when I was ready to buy. Insisted that I buy an interior cerakote and GPS addition to the car for 1795.00. How predatory is this? He said it was listed on their website. Do you read that much into what should be a simple purchase? The car was under 13k. Yeah you can tell I'm a rich guy.

Horrible Experience with Finance Dept

This dealership is really lacking in efficiency and customer service in their fiance department. Had to wait nearly 2 hours just to sign the paperwork on a very expensive vehicle! Almost felt shuffled around and was given a run around with that department! It ultimately lead to me to going elsewhere for the same exact vehicle and it saved me $8,000 as this location marks up their vehicles way above MSRP when other dealerships dont!! Avoid this dealership at all costs!

Horrible Customer Service and Business Ethics

We have been coming to Autotown Buick GMC for service since the day we bought the vehicle off the lot. Sadly, your sales associate Bella, and the overall experience of our last visit has caused you to loose our business for the foreseeable future. Upon making an appointment for an oil change for our 2016 GMC Sierra, Bella inquired about completing the 60K mile service during the same visit. I agreed and she quoted me 1,050 dollars. This quote included replacing the cabin air filter as I had requested. The amount seemed high to me, and when I asked Bella why it was so high, she laughed and told me that she had included the HVAC flush within the quote because I had wanted the air filters replaced. I told her no, I did not want the HVAC service, just the air filters replaced. While still on the phone, she adjusted the quote to reflect no HVAC service and quoted me $850 dollars for the oil change, to replace the air filters and the finish up the 60K service. When I dropped the vehicle off a few days later, I noticed that her invoice still showed the $1,050 quote. I promptly reminded her that I had not wanted the HVAC service, and she highlighted and crossed it out to be sure the service tech would not perform the service. I crossed out the previous quote of 1,050 and wrote the $850 amount as quoted on the phone before signing and initialing the change. After the service was completed, Bella called my husband and mentioned to him that the overall cost upon pickup would be 1,009.00 dollars. This was not right. I immediately called back and reminded her of the quote of $850 she told me over the phone. She acted like I didn't know what I was talking about and DENIED everything. She would not honor the $850 quote even though it was written in and initialed on the service quote agreement. Upon pickup, she argued with me and would not honor the quoted price. This is insane and I expect more from this company. Bella needs to be held accountable for this mistake. We will NOT be back.

Do not purchase a vehicle or warranty

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a Ram truck in August last year, along with an extended warranty even though it was still under warranty with Ram. In October I took my truck in, only to find out that it had the dreaded heater grid bolt failure. I thought at first it was coincidence, but after 5 months of not having a vehicle, and fighting with the warranty that was sold to me, I found out that Ram had placed a stop work order on the engine prior to my purchase. This means that the manufacturer would not cover the engine. This was placed on my truck 3 to 4 months before I purchased the vehicle. The extended warranty also wouldn't cover either claiming that the manufacturer is responsible to cover the repair. Either way, I would have NEVER purchased the truck if this had been disclosed to me at the time of purchase. Considering the dealer has access to the information Ram had placed on the vehicle, they must have know this before selling it to me, and in the event they didn't know, then they have a major failure in how they purchase vehicles. Either way, I got the short end of the stick. I asked for help from the dealer a couple months ago in dealing with warranty, and it pretty much got passed off and ignored. Zero stars if I could...biggest purchase regret I have ever made
