I wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt appreciation for the time and effort you and Richard dedicated to us during our recent purchase of the 2026 Chevrolet Equinox RS. Your hospitality made the experience truly memorable. We especially enjoyed the introduction to Banjo and appreciated the fresh coffee you provided after the dealership had closed for the day. Such kindness did not go unnoticed and truly reflects the warm atmosphere of your dealership. As the owner, you should be proud of both your establishment and your staff. Richard, in particular, demonstrated extraordinary patience and professionalism throughout the process; his support made a significant difference. Although the 3 1/2-hour return trip home was tiring, the ride in the Equinox made it much more enjoyable. In fact, Cynthia is currently mailing you the papers that the Business Office requested, so you should expect those shortly. Brake service
Took our 2016 Acadia in for front and rear brakes. Didn?t get 2 miles away from picking it up and brakes were screeching with each revolution of the wheel. Took it right back. Checked and fixed. Or so I thought. Just about got home 10 miles away and it?s screeching again. Give them a call and they say bring it back tomorrow. Next day they have a different tech look at it. Say they had to cut the rotors again. Should not take 3 trips to get brake pads done.
