Berkshire Gmc Truck

stay clear of this chop shop, had my truck towed to this dealer for a bad fuel pump, i even told them how to fix it but they played with wires and charged me $870 and said the truck was fixed, drove home and same issue, i warn anyone from doing any business or repairs here, not a trusted dealer, don’t trust all the good fake reviews

We did a lot of online research comparing various Makes and Models with KBB, CARS, TRUECAR and individual dealers sites. Each site gave us a good price range and dealers to contact. None of them gave us Berkshire GMC. We looked them up on our own and discovered they had a new Terrain on the lot, which was something we were looking for, lower than anyone else that was suggested to us with the same model and package so we called and stopped down and pretty much immediately liked the car and the price with incentives and our trade in. Steve and Brian also pointed out that we were eligible for an educator discount as well, which they didn't have to. They never pressured us into anything but simply pointed out what was available to us and gave us a couple of different financing options. From start to finish it was a smooth, positive experience even with the 26 inches of snow we received during the process. We highly recommend doing business with them !!

Berkshire gmc is the best place I have ever been to for a new truck Steve and Brian treat you like family not just some one off the street gave me top dollar for my trade in did not try to lowball me so they could make a ton when they sold mine and did what ever I wanted on the new truck dont try to get you to buy a bunch of things that you don't need so they can make more money I will definitely buy from them the next time I get a new vehicle keep up the good work guys your the best.

The customer service at Berkshire gmc is outstanding. Brian and his people made the buying process easy as well as the trade in. Found a 2015 Sierra with 17,000 miles and looks drives and feels brand new. Great people there
