This dealership is the best. My Salesman was Kareem. He approached me at the door and from there on her worked with me so politely, quickly, and patiently that it all seemed so easy and surreal to me. He didn't have a problem with tending to my concerns as as often as possible. We was very friendly he made me feel comfortable all throughout the process. He pleases me in the color, model, amenity, and price range that I was looking for. He and Brandon Sales Manager were very precise in walking me through all the paperwork. I didn't feel nervous nor cheated at anytime. They honored my commitments and at the end I walked out of City World Hyundai with sure and proud about my new purchase. As soon as I walked in the Salesman were very attentive. They approached me right away asking me what I was looking forward to purchasing. They are also very informative because they explain everything as bin the process and paperwork by lots of details. But most importantly I felt their honestly with me as far as pros and cons into making a great decision, and they helped me alot. Also.had alot of patience for me because I can be picky.
