Once again Diana has gone above and beyond for me and my family this is my 5th car with her and I never leave not satisfied she is extremely knowledgeable and patience is one of her many strong points she basically makes sure we are happy and comfortable with our vehicle with no pressure she takes her time to explain everything detail by detail with out leaving anything out me and my family live in Queens and we have traveled to the Bronx just because of Diana once again another happy and satisfied customer with what Diana has provided for me and my family and of course because of her we will be back for another one !!!

We recently traded in our Chevy for a Hyundai Palisade at City World Hyundai, and the experience could not have been better. Yadel and Manuel exemplified professionalism, grace, and clear communication every step of the way. They were responsive, flexible, helpful, and, most importantly, always honest and fair. In an industry not always known for these qualities, they stand out as a true example of integrity and character. We couldn’t recommend City World Hyundai, and especially Yadel and Manuel, more highly.

One of the worst car experiences ever.
One of the worst car experiences ever. I had a check engine light that was showing up because of a power train issue (evap leak according to them) that should have been covered by the power train warranty as i bought my 2024 sonata at xxxx near 0 miles . Instead they blamed me and said i didn’t qualify for thr powertrain warranty cause the diagnosis showed that the evap leak was because of pressure in the gas tank, and they said i it might be because overfilled on gas which i did not . So they refused the warranty, made me wait almost five hours for a diagnosis, and then charged me $400 dollars ( 200 and hour for that diagnosis). I got the parts they said i needed from Hyundai (filler neck assay and gas cap) and changed them , just for the code to still be showing. So there’s clearly a power train module malfunction they refused to address. Someone named Jessica denied me the warranty and wouldn’t even listen to me when i told her the issue was not my fault. Will be changing my Hyundai dealer , and I’ll never forget the insensitivity and gross mishandling i received here.

What a great day it has been.
