Very good while trying to sell you but service dept is

Very good while trying to sell you but service dept is terrible. Had brake job on both my vehicles. Truck brakes smoking when I go home went back they admitted seeing smoke but said nothing wrong. Went back 2 more times within next 2 months but still nothing wrong. 13 months after break pads and appx 4000 miles metal on metal noise. Went back saw Service Dept head and after testing told me it would cost $1229.51 to replace right rear rotar, calipher and pads. If my rotars and calipers were bad they didn't get that way in 13 months. They insisted on their honesty and I wasn't questioning honesty but their ability. Also brakes on my Traverse are also squeezing and very long pedal. I will not take either vehicle back and I will not buy another vehicle from Cannon. I purchased 2 COMPLETE kits to repair both rear wheels on my truck for $282,24. I hate giving this review because I have dear friends at Cannon parts.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the amazing staff at cannon Oxford- from the start with MJ and Glenn, then the sweetest angel melody- who stayed and spent time with me…. And then Tim in finance who I didn’t even mind giving all of my money to- all professional and kind and very outgoing to make me feel special and well taken care of- melody even showed my 4 year old daughter how to work the TV in the backseat…. Above and beyond is the perfect description of the staff at cannon…. Well done!!!! NOBODY!!!!!!

Service

Service was fine but the length of time it took to service my car was too long. It took all day and I had my car there at 7:45. I didn?t get it back till 3:30. It was to service the transmission.

✨✨✨✨Wow!!! When I tell you the motto; “Nobody does a deal like Cannon Motor in Greenwood, Ms is so true! C J Johnson is the best salesman ever, and will work with you the extra mile to please your desire of a vehicle. The environment of the dealership is Dynamically Great!!! And, not to mention that is been like that for years of dealing with this dealership when Samuel Killerworth was working there. I love this place and how they make sure working women like myself have a dependable vehicle. Thanks in advance for all you do!! Auto Body Work

Cannon Chevrolet Greenwood provided the most superb customer service a company could give! The auto body division fixed some damage occurred during a car accident on my 2019 Chevrolet Camaro. The car looks better than before it got damaged! Maybe a 3-week turn around due to holidays and delayed shipping. To me, that was fast! I received a call weekly to update me on the status of my car. I couldn't ask for better service!
