Auto Sales

Great Experience with Jacob Kerr

Never Again

I took my truck in for some apparent electrical issues. I told the service manager I suspected a mouse chew but they went ahead and installed a new BCM and battery. Parts and labor for a new battery and BCM plus was $919.00 Upon leaving the lot I immediately started having the same issues. I returned it and they kept it a few days before I called and learned the truck was just sitting outside. I said I wanted to take it somewhere else. They said they would get back with me. When they called back, it was done. It turned out to be a mouse chew. The service manager said the labor was about 15 hours and that would more than add up to the initial charge but we would just call it even. Something just doesn't feel right. I told them from the beginning I suspected a mouse chew and he later admitted I was right but now he denies that. I could look up under the dash and see evidence of mouse activity yet it took them 15 hours to locate and fix the problem. The whole ordeal covered a span of two weeks because it sat outside. I am still having some of the same issues as before but Mike Alsop refuses to return my calls now after initially admitting they messed up. The service manager now states there would be an additional charge to complete the job. I'm at a loss here...literally. There is no way. I would be a fool to let them continue this way. This is just incompetence in my view.

Gary We asked that you bring the truck back in so we can repair it. I explained exactly in detail about your truck and we spoke clearly about what needed to be done. Had Doug Brovont call to set an appointment up with you. He said you finally called him back and that he discussed the issue with you. He offered to do another repair if you paid for the parts he would do the labor. He then stated that you told him I was ducking you which is not the case at all. I am sorry you feel this way but to bully our company that truly isn’t fair. But obviously you are going to do what you want and feel is necessary. I told you I would take care of the issue when you brought the vehicle back in the last we spoke. I am sorry you feel this way and the need to express yourself in this way. I am still waiting to see you and the truck! Thank you Mike

the car I bought there was a lemon

The car I bought was a lemon only lasted 2 weeks and found out it needed a new engine this was my retirement money down the drain and they won't do anything about it be very careful there in it for themselves not for you I haven't been able to sleep since what am I going to do I need a car
