The out the door price of the used car we were purchasing was $15,206, but the salesman agreed to lower the price to $15,000 and we agreed to purchase the vehicle. (I have the text stating the price would be 15k). Since we were paying cash for the car we needed 2 days to have the funds transferred from our savings to our checking. However, because Capital One was having an issue with their on-line transfers, it took us an additional 5 days before we could pay for and pick up the car. When we arrived to get the car, the salesman informed us the price would now be the original $15,206 because it took us an additional 5 days to pay for and pick it up. No other dealership I have spoken to has ever heard of such a policy. This was outrageous ! We ended up telling him to keep the car and went down the street to nucar and bought a car there. I would not recommend Berlin City Chevy nor will I ever shop there again.

I had been given a walk out the door price that turned
I had been given a walk out the door price that turned out to be about over a $1000 more when I was doing the paper work with the finance guy. I already been there a couple of hours with a long drive home ahead of me. So I caved and paid the extra money. The salesman David Tetreault told me that the price he was giving me included all the fees that the dealership charged. I could have bought this same car with same milage at The Noyes dealership in Colebrook for $100 less but I drove over an hour away to Berlin City Ford thinking it was worth the trip for a $1000+ savings. I will never buy a car from this dealership again ans recomend that you don't either.

Your repair work is acceptable.
Your repair work is acceptable. What is very, very disappointing is the fact that by paying ahead of time for the total repair, prior to the work being done. And not going through the insurance company to pay out for this job, and also waiting for a replacement part to arrive, you dealership would charge an additional cost/fee amount for a loaner vehicle to drive. When the repair is actually being worked. This leaves a bad impression about your dealerships priority. Is it customer satisfaction or customer penalty for paying ahead of time for any repairs. Not a good selling point, in my opinion.

While driving up north in New Hampshire.
While driving up north in New Hampshire. I got a service engine light on my 2021 GMC Canyon. I dropped the car off without an appointment and Brad in service was very helpful in resolving the issue. Car was ready the next day! I give the people at Berlin GMC two Thumbs up. They were very helpful and courteous! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Berlin city Chevy lost a customer
Terrible service only reason I gave a 1 star is that they answered the phone and when she did the most RUDE women said she was Transferring me and when I told her how can u transfer me when u didn’t give me a chance to tell u my problem so then she says what’s your problem( very very rudely) I told her I’ve been a customer service manager for 24 years and she needs to be terminated she then says good for u mam and hangs up I guess I’m off to AA auto in Gotham to get GREAT customer service wake up MANAGERS your customers are your pay checks (service dept Berlin city Chevy ) your receptionist SUCKS at customer service

Honest and fair. I will be back.
I cannot say enough about how easy and fair my experience was. Jake listened to what I was looking for and truly customized the customer experience to what I wanted. There was no pressure at any point. The management staff accepted my offer and didn't try to increase the prices due to vehicle shortages. Overall, a very well run dealership. I will be back for my next purchase.

The best experience we could ask for
My huaband and i just bougjt our first brand new car and with my credit being not so good and my husband has none at all thought this was going to be a long and painful and probably ending with nothing but our rep Zack Goyner was the best sales person i have ever worked with and him and the finance manger joe who is also AWESOME not only made it happen we thought we might get something older but they got us into brand new 2020 YOU GUYS ARE SO AWESOME and we wouldnt go anywhere else ever.
