The service staff is friendly but severely understaffed
The service staff is friendly but severely understaffed and I wonder if the only have one certified tech as any repair will take much longer than expected.

I called Genesis of Portland to schedule my appointment, and was very pleased how they were able to accommodate my service. I was able to schedule my appointment with less than a weeks notice. When I arrived to my appointment Michael was so knowledgeable & kind. The service department was faster than expected & even had a color match touch up paint pen for door dings & scratches in stock! #impressed
