I recently purchased a GV70 and could not be more pleased with the sales process from beginning to end. As an out of state buyer who wanted a specific model, trim and color, Alan made it his mission to ensure the transaction went smoothly and as planned. I really appreciated his frequent communication and adjusting his personal schedule to meet mine as it involved travel during a very busy time for me to coordinate. I'd also like to call out Finance Manager, Jordan, and IT Whiz, Brodie, for also making the transaction easy and smooth. Thanks, guys, for the excellent customer service and welcoming me to Genesis.

If feel the service and service people are great!
If feel the service and service people are great! For having a high end dealership I feel the building it self is not up to standard. What I mean is there is no main entrance to service like the Acura and Lexus places, there is no loaner cars for someone who travel from Wa. for service that might want to go to your malls. I guess I feel you could be more plush and accommodating. These car are expensive and I’m use to better high end dealerships.
