I was told that they needed 24 to 48 hours to look into

I was told that they needed 24 to 48 hours to look into my car. They kept it longer never updated me unless I reached out. When I picked up the car, they hadn’t even looked at it. It had the same mileage I left it with and they wanted to keep it longer as if I had the resources to have a backup card.

The communication with the service writer was horrible

The communication with the service writer was horrible until I called the service director. I tried to speak with the Service Manager but after 3 phones with no call back I gave up and called the Director. I have an extended warranty on the vehicle and the service writer made no attempt to contact them. Also I had an appointment and they advise they will contact within 48 hours. I heard nothing for 4 days. Also before arriving I requested a price on tires and was told by Carlos I could get that when I came in I bought new tires before dropping vehicle off.

Awesome service.

Awesome service. Waiting area is cozy and has a space for those who have kids. Joseph was great and very professional The service was done within the allotted time.
